I feel like this company has great integrity. They provide clear instructions on what frames they can process and which ones they can't (rimless). They respond to customer inquiries in a friendly manner. Turnaround time was good and my frames were well packed to prevent damage. It's fun turning designer frames into non-prescription reading glasses. Great to know I can trust them with expensive frames.

The frame and quality of the lenses are top notch.  I mistakenly switched the power of the right and left lenses when ordering, and after receiving the glasses, I was not able to read my book clearly.  After my optometrist told me I had switched the prescription for each eye, I contacted Steve to see if I could send the glasses back to reuse the frame.  I was willing to pay for new lenses since it was my fault.  Steve said he would redo the lenses at no charge.  First rate customer service and definitely deserve 5 stars.  Reading Glasses Etc has earned my repeat business.

Over the past few years I bought "single strength" glasses from ReadingGlassesEtc.com, and just today I received my first pair of progressives - and I am TOTALLY blown away! The entire field of view through the lenses are CRYSTAL CLEAR. A couple years ago at my hometown optometrists' office, I paid over $1,000 for a horrible pair of progressives where at least 90% of the field of view was "distorted and blurry." I had to constantly "twist my head" to line up "the sweet spot" in my glasses so I could see things in focus -though a "tiny spot" in the lens. The optometrist said, "that's how glasses are made today." Well, I guess he's never seen a pair of progressives from Steve at ReadingGlassesEtc.com!! And I paid less then $300 for a top-quality frame, lenses - but most importantly - EXCELLENT vision - no matter what part of the lens I'm looking through! I will NEVER go back to my local optometrist. ReadingGlassesEtc has earned a loyal customer!

I got bifocal glasses from my optometrist for $1200. While I have been wearing bifocals for several years and am quite used to them, the price keeps skyrocketing. I cannot use my bifocals to work for 8 hours on a computer. The computer glasses I got were $700 and they don't work well. I had to fight to return them to my optometrist because I cannot use them. I sent my regular eyeglass prescription to Reading Glasses Etc. and within an hour (on a Sunday), I received prescriptions for reading and computer glasses. There was no follow up harassment of trying to get me to order glasses from them. The reading glasses are not the same strength as my bifocal reading Rx and they work better! I have glasses now just for reading and viewing my tablet and my vision is now clear and sharp. The computer glasses are amazing. I am able to comfortably wear them all day. As I'm nearsighted, I don't need a reading correction added to them and I can work well all day. I will definitely be ordering glasses from this company again!

Like many, I need a different reading power for each eye. This company provides a greater range of powers than any other company, at a price that beats all. Ordering was quick and easy, and my glasses arrived in about a week. They came with a nice hard clear plastic case with a soft cloth and some lens cleaner...a nice touch.
Update: It turned out that I ordered a power that was too high for one eye. I contacted Steve to see if I could get a replacement lens, and he responded almost immediately. He offered to send me a replacement lens at no charge, even though the fault was mine. Impressive.

My eye doctor recommended that I get a pair or reading glasses with a different magnification for each eye. Their lightest mojo yellow tint is the same tint present in gaming glasses, and it's applied on reading lenses, at low cost!

I bought from them some folding glasses, that fit in a small metal case, the size of a zippo lighter.
I also bought some really nice titanium alloy semi-rimless frames. All at low price.

I fully recommend them. Especially for computer glasses, or for some special frames.
