Terrible service!! We were due to get a taxi at 3:40am to the train station so we could get to Gatwick airport. We had booked a week previously and rang the afternoon before needing the service to double check the taxi was still all okay. At 3am, 40 mins before the taxi I received a phone call saying they could not get a driver and they would have to cancel the taxi, DESPITE us ringing the day before to double check the taxi was still good. Luckily for us Go Green Taxis were able to sort us a taxi to the station with very little notice so early in the morning, I will definitely be choosing go green taxis in the future and not reading taxis.

I had pre booked a taxi to take us home from a wedding in a village. 10 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, we got a message saying the cab had broken down and there were no taxis to replace it. So we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. Called Reading Taxis and they said there was nothing they could do. So we were just left there. Fortunately called an Uber that came in 5 mins. So recommend getting an Uber instead of messing around with this company.

At last minute we had to get the job covered for a very important client of ours early in the morning last Saturday. Reading Taxis came to our rescue in no time and with a top-notch S-Class ⭐.
These guys have excellent customer service. Job well done 💯

We used the company recently for an early morning trip from Reading to LHR. The driver was prompt, professional and friendly. Fair and competitive price. Would definitely use again and recommend this company.

Our Trains were cancelled at Reading Station. Reading taxis provided a ride to Bristol promptly and at a very reasonable price. The driver was very friendly and professional and had a nice conversation. Thank you Reading Taxis.
