Not as satisfied with Ready Refresh yet as I was with Primo. Since they bought Krystal Springs, the delivery time is unreliable at times but the customer service is good.

I cannot say enough AGAINST them.

I cannot say enough AGAINST this company in the past year. The brand switch to Primo was appalling and the service just went downhill.

Issues with delivery and billing became common, and, they raised the rent again on my water dispenser equipment. I saw that my equipment was five years old when I first got it several years ago (from the equipment tag), so this was nothing but a money grab to raise the monthly rental fee on a water dispenser unit that was never maintained or replaced in more than a five year period. I paid far more than the cost of buying the unit new, but I'm a senior female in a rural area so it was awkward for me.

That's just greed on their part -- rent raised for WHAT? Storing their 5-8 year old piece of equipment in my house? I just had to get off my own butt and buy my own machine, so I did.

I then I canceled my water delivery account. I then scheduled a pick-up of their rented equipment.

They delayed pick-up after multiple scheduled time slots. They missed pick-ups several times -- they were no shows and each time I had to put the machine outside, and cover it, in rainy weather and winter mind you, so it wouldn't get stolen off my porch, or blamed for it being damaged of course --- until finally a MONTH passed before they arrived to pick up the water dispenser unit.

After they did so -- they billed me that same month's rent AFTER I had already cancelled the account and AFTER 30 days of missing those pick-up dates.

"So sorry we didn't come get our used equipment for a month of missed appointments -- but please pay us a month's rent caused by our own delays, you good with that? "

No. That issue, coupled with billing errors (they charged me for TWELVE (12) 5-gallon water bottles delivered when it was actually TWO (2) -- so I was fighting their own typographic error -- led me to initiating a small claims against them.

I demanded their agents-for-service of process in California three (3) times over another month, so that I could properly effect service of my claim on the proper corporate agent.

They wouldn't provide the info which they are legally required to do, and it was only after I said I would publish the notice of plantiff's claim instead, in the local legal ads, and effect service by publication, and just go to my small claims appearance on my own. If they didn't no about it, tough titties.

Then corporate finally confirmed they wrote off my final statement and closed my account "as a courtesy."

There was no courtesy to me -- only their incompetence and greed. And they wasted 2 months of time and aggravated me extremely. What a terrible company.

I bought my own dispenser and I get my own 5 gallon water jug filled elsewhere. It's heavy, it's awkward, but at least I don't deal with these people anymore.

3 years no issues

I’ve been using Ready Refresh for over 3 years now because the well water at my home is undrinkable. It’s really easy to manage, the cost isn’t bad, the drivers and support are always helpful and friendly. Worth it if you need a cleaner water source!

Charged for Equipment They Never Retrieved.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with ReadyRefresh. Their customer service has been disappointing, and resolving even simple issues has felt unnecessarily difficult.

They were supposed to pick up a water cooler from my home and never did. Now I’m being told I have to pay for equipment that I’ve been trying to return — despite it being their responsibility to retrieve it. It’s been a stressful and unfair situation that still hasn’t been properly resolved.

Since the transition to the Primo brand, the service has only gotten worse in my experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable delivery or responsive customer support.

I had to close my account

I had to close my account, I was a customer to Zephyrhills since 2009. The prices of water bottles and other items sky rocket. The company was charging a credit card fee and I said enough is enough. They want to fill their pockets at customer’s expense. The customer service here has also gone South.

Rarely delivered and now won't pick up

Started delivery service with this company July 2025. July deliver - fine. August - fine. September - delivery was fine but they double charged me for the cooler unit rental. October, November, December - double charged for unit rental each month and kept cancelling deliveries. They kept moving the date, never telling me until after the supposed delivery date had passed.

December 11, 2025 - I called and cancelled my service. At this point, I'd read hundreds of terrible reviews of this company online and I went ahead and reported my credit card (on file, they wouldn't let me remove it) as lost. So I got a new card that they cannot charge (my account is still at $0.00). They've scheduled at least 15 dates to come and pick up the cooler unit and the empty bottles but still haven't shown up to actually do it. I'm moving it back inside and will use it for free until they can be bothered to show up. It's been nearly 2 fulls months since they were supposed to come and get it the first time.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Ready Refresh merged with Primo Water

Ready Refresh merged with Primo Water. Though they deliver as anticipated my biggest issue with them is the dirty recycled water bottles they use. The outside of the bottles can give off that icky, gross feeling. I ensure to clean my bottles prior to setting them in my water dispenser. Other than that, my delivery person is always kind and professional and customer service is always pleasant when there was a need to call which is why I gave them 4 stars.

The driver was excellent

The driver was excellent. I had to cancel when they changed over, because I never got my water. They kept saying it is coming, and it never did. Luis the driver was great, and I do miss him.

Eh...

It's just really hard to get help, the app doesn't show you everything you need to see, and changes made in the app just don't take. If you NEVER make a change or need help, the service is consistent. If you need to make changes, it can be a few months before the app recognizes the changes you're trying to make. I know they updated the app. It might work better, but I'm renting a cooler and I just want to pay it off. I can't even find the cooler in my account to adjust the rental or even see it, but I think one of the fees is for this. Billing is a little confusing because of the cooler rental.

I'm just going to try to buy the cooler outright if I can get a hold of anyone who can help me, or send it all back and just order one and get my water filled locally.

Again, the service is stable and consistent--- IF you never need to make any changes whatsoever, not even a hold for vacations. Other than that? It MIGHT work. It might not.

Good but pricey

They (now Primo Brands) deliver efficiently. The app is decent allowing you to change or cancel deliveries. 3 stars only because they are pricey.

Unreliable service

Unreliable service. Not trying to assist me with working with the building with the COI wanted to speak with the building and not with me for some reason. I used this service for my home they never showed up and had to cancel and I used it for my office and had to cancel. I pay more with fresh direct but at least it is reliable.

Good but inconsistent service

Good service but lack of rescheduling management. Never sure which driver will deliver my order each time so the quality of service has been inconsistent. Wish we can have the same driver for our neighborhood who knows each customer well.
