Well my RX was suppose to be overnight should 2-5 then it was supposed to be2-9 by 9pm its after 9 pm on 2-9so instead of 4 days without now its atleast 5days and tracking its in SF and not even prepared for delivery yet now they have changed my delivery to the 11th by 9pm now it goes from 4 days without to 6 days without i don't have the energy to keep up with my regimen its like I'm going to have to start all over again mind you it showed up in sacramento sunday and that's 40 minutes from me so something seems to be wrong

Ok. I’m not a review writer but I’m slightly irritated with my experience with this company. I started completing a form online to get more information about their NAD+ nasal spray, but ultimately went with another company instead (now thankful I did). I unsubscribed from the mailing list I was added to and the text messages I was receiving multiple times a day. Just when I thought they were out of my life, I receive a call that left a message saying the pharmacy needed more information to fill my prescription. I called the number back and realized they just wanted to say they ‘noticed I didn’t complete the order form online’. It is 6:30pm and I was just sitting down to eat with my family, so this was the most unprofessional experience I could imagine. I politely asked them to stop texting, emailing, and calling me going forward. I’m very glad that I avoided paying this company a cent of my money, especially when I opted out of every form of communication and they still called me at 6:30 in the evening AND masked it as if a real pharmacy needed important information from me. Buyer beware here and do your research before moving forward with them.

Not impressed so Far, will update one way or the other after receiving the medication and using it.
But so far, I ordered NAD+ And Sermorelin Caps. On their site they Clearly (took pics) advertise Overnight Shipping on both products.
Well they shipped one, and they Obviously (again took pics) used USPS Ground Advantage, the SLOWEST and yes Cheapest method of shipping. I originally thought it was the NAD+ which has to be refrigerated (so you can see how it's a problem that instead of overnight it will take 6 days to arrive). However they said it was actually the capsules that had shipped.
Ok... Well it still didn't ship overnight. I conveyed this through their chat Several times in several ways and either they Played dumb or simply didn't care as they never even bother to acknowledge that they had obviously shipped it using the wrong service. They simply kept saying that delivery dates are determined by the carrier. RIGHT... Well Not when you use the incorrect shipping service to begin with.
Seems Sus. Based on this I'm a bit weary of what other issues will come up with their products and service but we'll see. Maybe it will be smooth sailing from now on and I can update this more positively.
Y’all did an amazing job. My order came in so fast thank you. y’all called me back to check up on me renew my orders. Tell me how to do the injections and tell me when where and how many times thank you so much.
