It's been past the amount of business days required for shipping on the website, even for those that are custom ordered, which mine is not. Horrible customer service, especially since there's no phone number for them to call in regards to such issues just an email that never gets responded to except the automated response one. Can't get my money back since they won't answer an email!

I have ordered 2 canvas prints which were delivered to my local post office for collection. Unfortunately I was overseas and on my return I went to collect my prints but was told they were sent back to sender. I have emailed readysetdecor numerous times inquiring but I get no reply. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to recieving my prints and planned to buy more if they looked good. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends

I've ordered a product, which was defect when i unpacked it (bend, scratches). It's been 50-60 days since i send them high quality pictures of my defect product.

It takes several days for them to respond my emails, even when i answer them right away. When i finally get an answer they want to send me a new product, even when i told them i want a refund. I told them the story over and over for 4 times now. It's like messaging with a robot.

It will be a miracle if i ever get my money back.

Ordered product 07 Dec 2016. 21-day delivery stated. Order confirmation sent with purchase order number.
Then...nothing.
Numerous emails ignored. I bought using PayPal.
Complaint thru PayPal which led to ONE (probably forced from PayPal) email reply from 'readysetdecor' on 12 Jan 2017, reading "...I have reviewed your order and see that your tracking number has not been attached to your order. I will request a tracking number from our supplier. If we do find a tracking number attached to your order you will be updated by email.."
IF we find a tracking number? IF?
Anyway, I wait another week, send another email. NOTHING.
My stupidity is I used a pre-paid VISA card to order the item. After I used the card's balance, I threw it away. So no way to refund my money.
May as well have just sent the cash to son in law instead of trying to buy him the gift he would have loved.
ALSO, I posted a comment on readysetdecor website. Looking at the site today, my negative comment is not on there; but lots and lots of glowing, happy, satisfied customers' comments are.

Ordered beginning of December, have sent multiple emails with no response. Scammed for sure. Will be trying to pursue legal actions if possible.

When I contacted company, it took 3 days to get a response. 8 weeks since order paid for. Agent claimed delay was due to Christmas rush and that my order was being processed immediately. Their tracker showed parcel in Vancouver BC (I'm in Alberta Canada) and to expect delivery within a day or two. Didn't arrive. Next email I received said my parcel leaving from Mexico City and expect delivery in a number of days. Didn't arrive. Received email from the company saying parcel delivered by DHL and provided tracking number AND the name of person who signed for it. Only problem is that I wasn't that person and I didn't receive order. I contacted DHL and agent verified that the tracking number doesn't match to Canada and in fact doesn't exist in their system. They had no record when order searched by my name. This company is a scam and I am pursuing legal recourse. How much money has been stolen because so many don't want the hassle or the expense of fighting for their money back?

I'm always skeptical of online shopping but I must say this is one of my better experiences. My order arrived after 2 weeks with no issues. They communicated with me throughout the whole process even when delays were experienced. The art is great quality as well I've already gotten a few compliments on it.

Horrible. I ordered two months ago, and my order has not arrived. They will not pay my money back unless i send the pictures back. But i have not got the pictures yet, so how can I pay the money back??? AWFULL
