A fantastic experience building my new website with Ready Steady Websites. I'm thrilled with the end result and it doesn't stop there - the ongoing training and resources they offer equip you with the skills to keep your website fresh and they're always on hand for support if you need it. Ready Steady Websites provided me with the perfect balance of support versus autonomy. I wanted to learn how to use Wordpress myself, but to have a template that I could hit the ground running with. The tutorials were excellent and comprehensive, covering every aspect of technical support that I was looking for when designing the website, and when I got a bit stuck, I received a personalised video tutorial with the answers to all of my questions explained step by step. It's very helpful to be able to re-watch this and other tutorials too.

Brilliant templates and the training videos are gold! Each time I wanted to do something, there was a video by Chris showing me exactly how. And on those odd occasions I can’t find what I’m looking for, support has been quick and first class. I’d recommend Ready Steady Websites to anyone.

I can not fault RSW service at all. From the first engagement to the live date of my website, there was great communication, advice and support. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I love the emails and support calls that you can book in if you have any questions.

Great templates to choose from and great support service . I love the fact that you can book an appointment to go through any issues you are having . You can also get a video recording of it which is great so you can refer back to it if necessary .
The turn around times for any support tickets is very fast.
There are also numerous learning resource videos on the platform that show you how to do various things to your website.
