Ordered the AirPods case on June 16th. It’s currently October 4th and haven’t received them. Also haven’t received a response even after emailing them numerous times. Don’t fall for the scam.
Like others here I ordered a case and it took almost 3 months to arrive. I had e-mailed multiple times with no response and like another reviewer was promised a free gift - I also got the cheap flashlight. I would highly recommend you stay away from this company.
So, I’ll try and condense this down so it’s not going on and on and just focus on the facts. The case arrived today 03/09/24, 3 months after the order date on 04/06/24. During the first month I received no updates as to what was going on, eventually after over a month I got a response that claimed the product was on a pre order basis (it wasn’t, nor was it ever mentioned it was) and interest was super high so it was delayed etc, etc. Fast forward another month and had to chase for updates again (thinking I’d likely been scammed at this point), and eventually got a response it would ship in a couple of weeks and include a free gift to all early buyers to make up for it. They were finally dispatched on (apparently) the 16th August, then arrived today.
Now the backstory is out of the way, here’s what I received; an incredibly cheap and tiny torch (I’m assuming that was my free gift) and the case itself. Sadly the case itself is nothing like the listing whatsoever. I’d ordered the ‘Arctic - Blue White’ version and it isn’t that at all, the ‘particles’ inside are more akin to gone off milk, which looks especially bad on the white case as it just looks mouldy. Once the case is on top of the AirPods case, it fits ‘okay’ but not great, and is a lot thicker than the listing made it seem. However it does still allow the wireless charging through the case, which I didn’t expect it to considering how thick the case is, but it does work.
Overall though, for taking 3 months and having to repeatedly chase ReaLabs on what was going on, to then receive a case that didn’t look anything like the listing, I can’t say it’s a scam as it did arrive - but it’s definitely false advertising, so I’d avoid purchasing if I were you. Maybe the ‘Lava’ variant does look closer to the product listing, I don’t know, but the Arctic Blue doesn’t look anything like it which is a shame. I’ll be trying for a refund, but we know how that usually goes.
PS - I just had a look on their site and their 121 apparant 5 star reviews are highly unlikely to be legitimate. They also display a 4.5/5 rating on trust pilot, which as you can see from just going here - is complete rubbish. Save your money, don’t endorse this.
Ordered early July
Have not received item
Customer support responded to my email which had the order number and details with and they said “can you please confirm your order number” despite it being in the 1st email I sent. That was after 1 weeks of waiting for a response,
I replied the same day, it’s been 2 weeks since then and no response still.
No update on shop app as for order status.
Genuine scam
Ordered months ago and never received. Emailed twice, no response.
I ordered two months ago. Sent multiple emails and messages and contact requests through their site. I have not heard back at all. This was TWO MONTHS AGO.
Ordered a case, never received it and support ignores you blatantly .
