I ordered a breathing soothing teddy for my daughter through Wowcher from this company, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The delivery status was updated as “delivered,” yet no package ever arrived. There is no telephone number available to contact the company, and they have not responded to any of my emails.

Overall, the customer service has been extremely poor, and I’m very disappointed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering

I purchased a water resistant jacket from Groupon offering a great discount. Valued at £49:99 I purchased it for £11 , what arrived in the post was very disappointing a flimsy thin poor quality jacket. I have worn it today and got soaking wet walking my dogs. I would not recommend this jacket and it is definitely not worth £49:99 more like £4:99 from Temu!

Bought a doorbell from this company Sent it back to address on box was no such address now its lost somewhere and can't get money back

Fake product delivered. The old story of, if something seems to good to be true it probably is. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present.

i purchased an air cooler. For a start, from the box, no charging cable. When I purchased a charging cable, it would not charge at all. returned, awaiting refund via PayPal

The price was suspiciously low so I'm not aggrieved but approach with caution. Air Pods 4 for £15. They were nothing but Chinese knock offs with awful connectivity and none of the functionality like skipping tracks etc.

I'm sure some stuff is ok but do your home work.

“Clinear Reuseable Ear Cleaner” has been very good. I am 71 years old man, and I have been suffering problems with ears already 20 years. With “Clinear” it is easy to clean the ear passage, and after cleaning it is easy to introduce medical cream deep to the ear passage with the soft, rotating tool of the “Clinear”. The “Clinear” has been much better than I expected when purchasing it. Of course, if you have severe problems with ears, it is good to consult the doctor before using it.

Very good product ( monocular to put on my IPhone), very fast and friendly contact with the company. Fast response to questions.

Customer service with Laura was really helpful and I got answers to everything I asked. I am satisfied with the service.

I summarize my experience with the Real-Cool-Deals company as follows and hope that my experience will help you save money, time, and headache by not ordering anything from this company:
1] Before placing my order, they quickly responded to my preliminary questions in a matter of hours. After I placed my order they totally ignored the questions and concerns I had raised regarding their applying sales tax (as the company was a Chinese-based company, a fact that had I known before, I would not have placed my order), or their not applying the promised discount to my entire purchased items.
2] Their catchphrase, "RUSH MY ORDER" at the last stage of the checkout process prompted me to place my order after much debating with myself. As it turned out it was nothing more than an empty promise as it took nearly a month for my order to arrive.
3] And when my order did arrive, I was immediately taken aback by how unprofessionally and unsafely the package appeared and felt. Terre was no protective shield around it, it was just a paper-thin wrapper which was punctured at a couple of places already.
4] Inside were my two masks and the set of extra filters that I had ordered. According to my invoice, I was supposed to receive 2 NK-95 masks, but they had sent me a mask with no label, and another which had an unfamiliar label on it. Both of the masks were constructed of inferior materials of the poorest quality, and neither one was a good fit for my face. They were practically useless to me.
5] I emailed the company and complained about the fact that I had received the wrong masks and the wrong size, but they totally ignored my complaint and my email altogether.
6] I did not even bother initiating the return process, for I had had a similar experience with a Chinese company in the past, and was aware of how impossible it was to try to get my money back. I simply threw away the pack of garbage they had sent me and took my $90 loss on the chin.
Conclusion: Real-Cool-Deals is a shoddy and dishonest company, which will take your money, but gives you nothing worthwhile in return. I sincerely advise against doing business with them and strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your facial masks needs.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are greatly over priced and garbage. Promised 10 day delivery but took over two months and came from China. The mask are fake and cheap junk. You could get better protection by holding a rag over your face!!! Greatly disappointed!!!

Ordered in March and never received the masks. They also said they were a US based company but after ordering you get China shipping information. I have given ample opportunity to resolve this issue and no resolution. DONT BUY!

I ordered masks and the website promised to deliver within two weeks. All the reviews on their website were great. I also thought it was US -Connecticut based but the masks came from China and took two months to arrive. They were very good at responding to my inquiries but at the end, I did not get the masks in time. I also feel coming from China the masks were exhorbitantly overpriced. Though they say portions of it are donated, never mention how much is donated. Will not order anything again.

DON'T ORDER...I order $123.00 with items due to the pandemic. Never received my items. It's been over a 5 weeks and not been delivered. I checked with US postal service, UPS, FedEx and no tracking numbers are available anywhere I emailed and called numerous times with no luck. How can you take money off families during these difficult times.

Never received goods. I feel like this is a scam site from China! Do not order from here!
