Extremely poor and unacceptable experience with Real Himalayan Shilajit.

I placed Order #9476 and never received the package. After repeated follow-ups regarding the shipment delay, the company admitted the issue and formally confirmed that management had approved a full refund. I accepted this resolution.

Since then, I have received absolutely nothing — no refund, no proof of refund, no shipment, and now no response to emails at all.

It has been weeks of chasing them with zero accountability or customer support. Promises were made in writing and then completely ignored. This raises serious concerns about their credibility and customer service standards.

Customers should be extremely cautious when ordering from this company. Based on my experience, you may risk losing your money with no product delivered and no refund processed.

If this matter is ever resolved and the refund is actually processed, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, this reflects my honest and factual experience.

I'd love to tell you whether the product worked or not. I thought i'd done sufficient research on the many available but it seems not and this for perhaps the most expensive option available I went the full hog and bought the big family pack so my partner and i could try it. Here's the thing... 1. The DHL shipping adds credibility in a purchase decision and of course a calculated cost included in the sale offer..... WRONG... this package was sent China Post to a shipping agent from there through ... drum roll EVRI. Evri have now contacted me three times saying we have your parcel but we are experiencing delays getting it to you... so as i said i cant tell you whether the product actually is REAL or not. If you contact them and explain they're profiteering by not using DHL Express as advertised they become very defensive 'they don't like it'... Good job i used Visa, i may be calling them in the next day or so... watch for a follow up if it arrives...

Have paid for it 8 weeks ago and never arrived. I have asked for full refund several times and they have not answered me. Now looking at their site no contact details no information about the company, the favourable reviews on Trustpilot are 1 review admissions.

Stay away they have taken my payment not had any confirmation email and have sent multiple messages on there website and have no reply it’s a SCAM!!! Don’t fall for this!

Not had the same experience as other reviewers... Product arrived pretty fast, in good and nice packaging. Did the burn test and it bubbled and turned into ash (like it should). Dissolving in warm water also left no residue and looks good to me. Smell is funky, yeasty and earthy... I think it's legit.

Updated review since there is now a bit of residue left as I get to the bottom of the jar. So not as pure as I first thought. Probably the sediment of impurities has fallen down.

Had nothing but problems with shipment. When the product finally arrived I performed a couple of authenticity tests. It failed the burn test quite badly. It produced a flame when it should just turn to ash. I suspect product is not as pure as they advertise

Ordered on 26th November, I have emailed them 4 times with no response requesting a refund or atleast an order acknowledgement as I have even had as much as an email with a delivery date. Starting to believe I have just been scammed. Do not use.

I bought this because of the reviews on their site. (that was my first mistake) I purchased the biggest size because of the packaging which looked amazing on the site. I loved the box shape and the little metal spoon.

Unfortunately, what came was a disaster.
My order was split into four jars and a small wooden stick instead of the metal spoon. I wasn't happy as they made me wait nearly four weeks to get the product, but I had spoken to them the week before they sent it and they never once asked me if I wanted to proceed with the order knowing full well that they "couldn't" get the packaging, but they will give me 10% off my next order?? seriously I feel duped! they shouldn't have took my money and sent me a four little unimpressive jars instead of the big one with beautiful packaging I paid for!

I ordered this as a present, but never again. I don't trust them one bit, I have had this before with companies, you buy something because it looks amazing, what you get is so disappointing and false advertising in my opinion..
