I wish that Realisation Par would consider offering duties payable at check out rather than at time of delivery. A lot of online retailers are offering it now and as a Canadian I don’t feel comfortabl... See more

Have not refunded me for returned items despite them confirming they received them, and have now been chasing for over a month. No way of contacting and they are ignoring my emails. Unsure what to do and regret buying with them.
Realisation par has the worst and most unreliable customer service team. They never sent out my order. It took numerous emails and dms for me to actually get them to resend my package.
+ The quality of the baby tees are definitely not good enough for what you pay. Very disappointing as they have so many cool designs and clothing but I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again. Extremely unprofessional for a higher end brand :(
The items are... okay. They're definitely cute but man, it is just not worth the price! Their silk "pulls" so much and there is no lining for many pieces. Why are the items priced so highly for the quality?!?
Appalling customer service. Received two gifts that I wanted to exchange. Told customer service that I wanted the store credit to my account because i didnt want them to know that i was exchanging the dresses. I shipped the dresses to the hub and someone called Flora emailed my two friends and added store credit to their accounts!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Also no phone number to reach them on. I am just beside myself.
Have to agree with other reviews. Customer service is the worst ever experienced. No replies. I've emailed and sent multiple messages to their instagram directly. It's been weeks!
Not good enough for a high-end brand..
I am still in the process of receiving an exchange, which has taken over 3 month to process.
Customer contact is few and far between, and they have just taken my money and my garment and left me without any support or communication.
I am beyond disappointed, since they are so expensive. My $300 has not been returned to me, even though I sent my garment back to them over 3 weeks ago.
The clothes themselves are lovely but the customer service is shocking and un-reliable.
Worst customer service and online shopping experience I’ve ever had. It took forever to have a person to get back to you and yes, if you don’t keep following up and asking for update, they will forget about you. Would never ever purchase one this website.
The customer service was fantastic!!
I bought a dress, and I already love it. It's a little expensive, but it's really worth it - especially since the dress are made of 100% good materials.
I would really recommend Realisationspar.
I ordered a dress from realisation a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. After countless phone calls to fedex for an update, they finally flagged my package as lost. I reached out to realisation to see if they can send me another one or just simply refund me the money and no one would respond to my emails or text messages. Pretty inefficient customer service. Don’t shop here. They will rob you.
Purchased the Inez dress because they were having a sale and I kept seeing it on social media. The dress was around $180 and duties were another $70. The dress was cute style-wise, but the fabric and the way it felt didn't seem like it was worth the 250 bucks I spent, you could easily get the same dress at Abercrombie or some other store.
Dresses are flimsy. Seem and feel low quality for such a high price. I have the Amelia in nudite and the zipper has a big “mountain” in it that wont stay down. Please just buy from reformation, with jean, or get the dress at a low price on depop....... don’t buy from them as they don’t give you all of your money back when you return the dress (they make you pay for shipping in returns) like lol what kind of luxury brand does that?????
I’m a bit disappointed with my experience of this brand especially for how pricey their items are. I bought one of their skirts on sale for £135 excluding delivery cost which certainly wasn't cheap! I expected it to look as amazing as the pictures online but honestly, it looks very cheap and thin. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the skirt especially for how much it costed.
I'm a little unsure about my options as I can't return the item. I can only exchange or get store credit which isn't very useful in my case.
They do have items that look appealing to the eye, just be careful if you're looking to purchase an item from them.
I love all of their stuff + their cs is great 💯 shoutout to jeanti & flora. I have bought 33 of their pieces (still waiting for some to arrive) and i am in love with everything. Yes, i am collecting their stuff lol and i still have a long list of things i wanna get from them!!!!! Can't wait for their march sale. Their pieces are very light and most are KINDA sheer (i think that's something you have to keep in mind before buying), but i don't mind cause i'm from the philippines and the weather here is humid/hot af lol. All good with skin tone colored undies 👼🏻🤍
First of all Realisation Par is ridiculously expensive. It is way too much for the quality. However I am very happy with my purchase. I had been drooling over the "Real Love Tee" and I finally decided to get it. It came with so much cool packaging. I got a canvas bag, stickers and a tarot card attached to the shirt. I love this extra stuff and almost makes the price seem worth it. The shirt is such a flattering fit and the care put into it really shows. The shipping was also super fast. For size refrence im 5'10 145 lbs and a medium fits really well.
I’m a bit disappointed with my experience of this brand because they don't make it clear that if you buy their items with a discount code, you can't return. I bought one of their dresses in the Black Friday sale for £145 which certainly wasn't cheap. I expected it to look as amazing as the pictures online but honestly, it looked like I’d found it for a fiver in a jumble sale. The dress was really poor quality, was so creased and didn’t look anything more than £20 max. The customer service refused to answer for days when I enquired why such a cheap looking item was being sold for such a steep price – but lo and behold, they got back within 10 minutes when I requested a refund, only to respond that only exchanges were permitted with a discount code. It’s particularly disappointing as I waited several years to buy this dress.
I bought another dress alongside it (also in the Black Friday sale) which luckily, I am super pleased with (particularly as I waited 2 years to buy it as I was unsure as the price was really steep). Luckily, my sister also wants the same dress but was too broke to pay for it so I’ve since managed to exchange the jumble-sale esque one for the one she wants. It’s quite lucky considering that otherwise I would be in a really sticky situation with a £145 dress I absolutely do not want and can't find anything else on the website I want either.
My advice is to proceed buying with caution - they feature a lot of great images so it's easy to be duped. There may be some good items but I won't be a returning customer again due to the terrible returns policy - as I’m from the UK, most of the stores have a really open return policy even on sale e.g. Topshop, ASOS etc.
Although the customer service can be quite helpful when you have questions and their exchange process was very smooth, you need to be careful. If you do buy, don’t buy in the sale – buy full price as this gives you an option to exchange. And if you *DO* exchange or return, make sure to read all the instructions when sending e.g. taking a photo / showing proof of your return.
I also found it frustrating paying £7-8 for proof of return just so they couldn't try the excuse that it never delivered and I could be able to track its whereabouts.
Only adding a second star due to the fact that my return was processed relatively stress free. So I wanted to buy myself a Realisation Par dress for a grad gift, I ordered per my regular size and what was recommended on their site and the dress barely hung over my butt. Unwearable. I’m not even especially curvy, but these are closes not meant for the bigger breasted and bootied ladies. And the MATERIAL!! Omg it was so thin and cheap. I’ve had forever 21 dresses that have felt better quality. SO beyond disappointing because their designs are beautiful but the execution is poor. Obviously meant for a good insta pic and little else.
DO NOT BUY FROM CANADA!!!!
I PAID 240$ TAX AND DUTIES BECAUSE THEY SHIP FROM CHINA. BUY FROM POSHMARK/DEPOP INSTEAD!! Quality is poor as well, they use the THINNEST "silk", not worth buying at full price, not even with the 25% off.
This brand is a scam. They sell sub par product at exorbitant prices, all because the owners are models and know other models to promote it. Have you ever been sent a discount code text or email? and then tried that code when shopping? about 80% of the time, thatcode wont work. Why? Because they are scamming you into thinking you are getting something cheaper when in reality they are just trying to get you to buy more of their outdated, same old, boring product. What kind of brand that has such immense initial success, barely updates their styles and store beyond the same dress in different prints? What kind of store runs themselves into the ethos of boredom when they began as such an IT girl staple? It's lazy, it's sad, and it's dishonest the way they charge over $200 per item for something cheaply made, the same as it has been for years, when you can buy a similar (and better) product elsewhere that has actually updated the style.
Realisation scammed me hardcore.
They have ignored my emails and are honestly just trash people/brand.
Ok - So this is my second piece from Realisation. I love the prints and you can't go wrong with silk. I've wanted the cherry print for ages, and with 25% off - why not! Delivery was excellent and very prompt - I got my 'The Teale' dress in a couple of days.
The one thing I will say is that the quality is only ok. The dresses are made in China, and even though they are silk, they are not lined and some of the stitching around the seams is noticeably fragile. I think that the brand should be more transparent on their labour policies.
The print is lovely, but I wouldn't buy this dress at full price. There are better mid-range companies on the market that I think are better value for money, and have more transparency on sustainability.
Secondly - sizing. You can't really get away with this brand if you have a bust. It's sad but true. I know that the website says size up, and that the styles are meant to be worn flashing and free, but even if you do size up - It's like flash city. I'm a UK 10 with a D cup and I ordered a Large.
I'll be keeping the dress because it's nice and you can only get a credit note on promotion items (weird policy) but it's definitely going to need a camisole underneath!
I won't be shopping with Realisationpar again. The quality of the dress I received was really poor. You have to pay postage to return even though the address is a UK one, which, in this day and age, isn't really acceptable. I bought my dress on a promotion (I do not feel they made it clear) so I wouldn't get a refund, just a credit note. When buying online, this seems ridiculous, especially when the sizing of the clothing is questionable.
