My experience with Realiste is unfortunately not positive. Coming from Europe, I bought a unit with them 2 years ago, based on the direct recommendation of one of the Realiste Russian agents for the best location/developer quality/ROI potential. All marketing materials were really nice and promised an amazing ROI. But the reality is that the developer is delayed by 9 months already, and is not communicating with me. Later on, I found that the quality of other developers' buildings is quite poor; during inspections, many (40-60 for 1 unit) quality issues are often found, and units from this developer are harder to rent or sell. The Realiste agent is not answering my repeated emails / WhatsApp messages anymore, he's probably busy enjoying his extensive commission somewhere in the Maldives. My initial plan was to purchase multiple units in Dubai, but based on this experience, I will unfortunately not invest anymore.
