I’m leaving 3 stars because my overall experience wasn’t the worst. I placed an order to arrive before Christmas. I was informed originally that the process/ship time would be 7-12 days. So I reached out a little worried and they told me it probably wouldn’t arrive on time but were polite about it and said they were waiting for inventory. I reached out again after 15 days and they told me it would be another 2-3 weeks. I requested a refund and they processed it immediately and it’s already pending to go back in my bank.
I appreciate that someone answered me in a timely manner, but of course I’m still sad it didn’t work out.
My advice going forward would be to only accept orders when you have the physical items in stock. Or just send your customers a message with more transparency and be like “we saw you placed an order and we’re waiting on inventory. The actual time frame for this to arrive would be more than a month. Do you want to wait or would you like a refund” That seems to be the actual issue with many other experiences and accepting $ from people when you can’t deliver the product in a timely manner or actually have it ready, isn’t a good business practice. Always prepare earlier for holidays. It’s okay to have an item ‘sold out’.
Making some changes will hopefully improve your ratings and customer experiences overall.
Enticed by Instagram ad, should have known better.
I was enticed by the Instagram ads I saw for this company, so I decided to order a hoodie from them. I ordered on the 27th, and it took a little over a month for the hoodie to actually arrive. They said they were slow due to high volumes of orders, but the reality is that this is just a drop shipping operation. My hoodie was shipped from China, which is why it took so long to get here. I asked customer service multiple times why it was taking so long, and each time I got an automated response, followed by the same cookie-cutter excuse. When I finally received the hoodie (with no warning at 8pm), I found it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The quality of the hoodie was fine, but the hood is way too tight and causes my hair to bunch up in the back unless I squish it down. Especially during the upcoming cold weather, I don't want to be fussing with my hoodie. Overall, this was a fine experience, but I'd probably recommend just going to a local store and finding a hoodie you like there; the experience will be ten times better.

1 month - not yet shipped
Website stated delivery before Xmas when ordered on the 3rd December. It’s Christmas Day and the order hasn’t even left the warehouse. Reply from support on the 16 Dec said it was in the prep stage and lined up for next shipment batch. No update since then.

Delivered on time, fabric is good, and I ordered to EU concretely to Czech Republic, so shipping to EU is not a problem at all either. Communication was not an issue and im overall very satisfied. I can totally recommend.

This is a scam site. They keep pulling money off of my credit card and I have never received my items. I had to cancel my credit card and I also informed my local police department so they can make the public aware. I placed an order on November 28 and still have not received it. Zero communication. I tried reporting them to Instagram and Instagram doesn't care.

I sent an email requesting an update on shipping date and have not received a response. When I placed the order, it looked like it would get here before Christmas. This company is so frustrating. I don’t recommend buying from them. I ordered items on Black Friday for Christmas presents and they have yet to ship my items. I’ve had to ask multiple times for refunds and to cancel my order. Customer service was able to refund me, but after 4 emails. I don’t know if this company is even legitimate. I wish I read reviews.
Other reviews are correct. They try to get you with a “free” membership that is automatically added to your orders. Unless you’re really paying attention, you’ll miss it. You have to go into your account and cancel it or it’s $49 a month.

I am very disappointed with this company. Despite repeated shipping promises, I still have not received the product I paid for. There was no reliable tracking information and no clear explanation for the delay.
What makes the situation even worse is that a subscription was activated without my consent. This was never clearly communicated during the purchase process. Even more concerning, the subscription cannot be cancelled through the website as expected.
I have tried to contact customer support via email, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating.
Overall, this experience feels unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

I ordered a sweater for my daughters boyfriend for Christmas around boxing day. With the exchange rate, it costed about $78.00. I received many emails, but none saying that the item had shipped, where other things id ordered at the same time had already been delivered. I decided to check the reviews and was disappointed to discover many bad reviews, saying this company is likely a scam as people didn't receive their orders. I requested a refund on December 1st and received an email stating my refund was processed and the money should be in my account within 10 days. It has been 15 days and I have yet to receive the refund, so sadly I believe this is a scam and would not recommend for anyone to order from this company.
Update #1 As seen below, they have asked me to change my review to a positive one, once I get the refund. I dont believe I will ever get this refund, so that likely wont happen. After reading this reply, I sent email #4 to the billing department to get confirmation of the refund actually being processed. I have not received one reply. The response below says this is not something they do intentionally, but the other reviews I have seen tell me thats exactly what they do.
Update #2 we are now 29 days past when I was told i would be getting refunded. As you can see from the reply from reality racing, i should have gotten my refund after their "mistake". Still nothing. If this doesnt tell you what you need to know about this company then I don't know what will.
