Since making 2 separate purchases on 1 debit card in early September - Reality Racing have tried to take 2 separate $50 payments from 2 different cards (one of which was never used to make the original payments) in the past week (early November).Both transactions got flagged as fraud and luckily I didn’t get charged - forcing me to get 2 new cards. But as a result of this, I most definitely will not be repurchasing from them in the future and have warned all my f1 friends to avoid this company at all costs.

Waited over two months, still not shipped
Ordered during one of their sales. The website said ship time 2-3 weeks. Kinda long but okay I figured they were busy. I just cancelled my order today, roughly 2 1/2 MONTHS after placing my order. NO UPDATES on when my order would actually ship. They just kept saying they'd check. They never really got back to me with an actual solid timeline. If you want something for a birthday or holiday, order 6+ months in advance.

I placed an order in May of 2025, the estimated delivery time was 2-3 weeks. i emailed in June regarding the fact there had been no updates on my order, and it was now past the estimated delivery time period provided. they responded apologising and saying they would provide me with updates as soon as they could. fast forward to September, there has been no updates and i still haven’t received my order… in which they responded saying their increased popularity on social media and sales has caused a higher volume of orders and longer shipping times. which would be fine if it wasn’t FIVE months down the line. they cancelled my order and issued me a refund. Five months of waiting and nothing to show for it
Spend your money elsewhere
Certainly don't order this as a "last minute" birthday gift! Took 2 months to arrive. About a month in I inquired what was going on as it had been in a "quality check" stage for about two weeks, their response claimed delays due to tariff related slowdowns. Seeing this company has their HQ in the US (not sure if I believe that...) I was under the impression that they printed their shirts in the states. While I never got a direct answer, the fact that I was ignored when I asked where the product was manufactured and why a US printed shirt could possibly be affected by a "tariff related slowdown", I can make a pretty educated guess as to where their products are actually coming from. Spend the extra money and either buy a licensed product or find another business with integrity and transparency.
Edit to add: After I completed writing this I visited their website to see if I was able to add this review there as well. They have both taken down their review page, and added language next to their "business address" that states "Not a physical office or retail location". That should say all you need to know!

I placed my order months ago, heard nothing, emailed the company, heard nothing, and then today it just arrived on my door step. This place is real and the shirt is exactly as advertised, the customer service and delivery times were just a bit shiesty.

I ordered a t-shirt on July 15th and today (Aug 25th) I still haven’t received anything. They don’t answer emails, and on IG they just say “doing our best” with no solution. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional — people should know before ordering.
They have stole my money!
I ordered a T-shirt back in early April. I had communication from Josh up until 23 April in regards to delays with my order. Now they have gone cold turkey on me. It’s now August and I still haven’t received the t-shirt, they still have my money and they are not replying to my emails! I don’t even know how to get my money back??? Awful company!

I have sent countless emails and never got a clear or proper response.
On top of that, I had to pay an extra €12 in customs fees at the post office – fees that were never mentioned at any point.
And now I’ve just discovered they have charged me €59 without any purchase or explanation – I have no idea where this charge comes from.
Do not order from here – it’s a scam.
It’s a shame because the t-shirts are nice, but the service is terrible.
I demand an immediate refund for the t-shirt that never arrived, the €59 taken without my consent, and compensation for the €12 customs fee I should never have had to pay.
