Whoever has been a legit actor or in the business knows you NEVER pay an agent or manager. They make their money when you book a show and take a percentage. The only cost you should incur is for pictures or your IMDb reel. Make submissions yourself, Sharp Entertainment handles many Realty shows. If you have something specifically in mind, Google it submit yourself. They say they increase your odds and offer an upper hand advantage on landing something. You do not need to be coached for this. Check out reviews on Better Business Bureau. I called and it was an automated system that was my first clue, read the fine print on how much they charge. They also pressure you by saying you need to respond today or you will not be considered. Bad sales tactics.
