Next day delivery Failure
Paid for next day delivery and it took over 48hours to arrive. Only purchased because they promised this delivery. The item was a gift which was then late and had to change our whole plans. Contacted the company and they refused to reply. Zero help whatsoever. Lucky it arrived at all.
