Really Right Stuff has been going…

Really Right Stuff has been going through some changes in their company and their services levels continue to get worse.

For anyone who is thinking of their L Brackets, use Match Technical. They offer a better quality bracket for less money than Really Right Stuff.

RRS has problems with their shipping. I have experienced it recently. They lost my order and claim they are not responsible for lost orders. This lack of customer service is completely unacceptable

Received marketing email without consent

Received a marketing email despite never having opted in. I asked them why, and got the quite reply "It looks like you got an email from us notifying you that you are not on our mailing list, and asking if you wanted to be." Seems they don't think that counts as a marketing email, for some strange reason. And not sure why they have my email address either.
