Excellent product range, terrific customer service. First time using Really Well Made and we’ll definitely be buying from them again. These guys really exceeded our expectations.

I had been on the look out for another shop that sells Hay furniture after my usual go to place sadly went rogue and I’m so glad I found Really Well Made. The process from ordering to delivery was seamless - initial enquiries were answered very quickly, as were all follow-up emails. They also called me when my order arrived at the shop and organised a private courier to deliver my furniture to ensure it wouldn’t get damaged in transit. Honestly, it’s so refreshing to deal with a professional business that offers good costumer service and behaves like they care about their costumer. Thank you!

All my life I’ve sat in chairs unsuitable for when I sit and knit for a bit. Very doubtful there was such a thing as a knitting chair I was totally amazed to find there is such a thing! I didn’t get to try one out before purchase. I knew if it was designed well it would be perfect. What a beautiful chair. I knit every evening for hours and this is such a comfortable piece of furniture.

I had the smaller version of this and thought I'd get the larger one in the RWM sale. Beautifully made, quirky and generously sized. The cats keep hogging it though...

I love this company, they are always so helpful and really put the work in to make sure you are happy. We ordered a modular sofa from them, which we were nervous about getting right, as it is made to order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was super clear and their communication was rapid too. I have since bought twice more from them due to this.

A really excellent service from start to finish. I was updated about the status of the order by Clare, and the order was received on time and in perfect condition. Delivered and assembled by Atlas who were also first rate. I would highly recommend.

Such a great experience with this shop. Fast shipping, easy tracking from the UK to Canada. Very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. New old stock complete with all tags etc. very happy with the experience and would recommend.

I came across the shop by searching for the product and gave it a go. The experience has been great throughout, from getting the best price for the product, to being able to arrange a collection from their showroom the day after placing the order - unlike other shops who had a waiting list. Edit: As you can see from the response, customer service is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Would strongly recommending never shopping here.
