Slechte schatting
Ik heb een IMMO-schatting besteld bij Realo.be en €59 betaald, maar het rapport was waardeloos en totaal niet accuraat. De informatie was oppervlakkig, standaard gegenereerd en leek nergens op een echte schatting gebaseerd te zijn. Dit had ik zelf gratis kunnen inschatten met een beetje opzoekwerk.
