Sent incorrect items, 6 weeks late and refuse to pay return postage.

Ordered some dog toys on 20th December. Order wasn't posted out until 31st January, meaning I didn't receive them until the beginning of February. 3 of the 4 items were incorrect and didn't match what I'd ordered. I contacted customer service who were extremely rude and told me they wouldn't pay for return postage when I asked to return for a refund.

Had a choice of pink ball or yellow

Had a choice of pink ball or yellow. Clicked on pink but yellow one arrived. Small print says colour received may vary. Why do they let you order one that isn’t in stock. Would not recommend or buy from them again.

Company cares more for their profits than your pet

I placed my order on the 12th with next day delivery. An item on the order stated preorder, however it never gave any indication on how long it could have taken. This could have been a week, a month or several month delay.

Rather than processing the order and sending the in stock items. They will hold everything back so that you end up running out of food, just so that can save themselves an extra delivery fee.

I won't be using this company again after this and would recommend anyone out there to purchase from an alternative store instead that should hopefully have more compassion for animals.

Super quick delivery

Super quick delivery, ordered 2nd Aug (Saturday) and delivered the next day - even though it was a Sunday, and by Royal Mail. I didn't choose any sort of expensive delivery option, this was just the default.

Well packaged, and well priced - the dog treats I chose were cheaper than from a well known Pet shop.
