Stunned that these guys can still be…

Stunned that these guys can still be around and all the stories are identical and mine is no different. These guys must not have any money or there would have already been a class action lawsuit. this many people can't all be telling the same story.

Complete fraud

Erik talks a great game and sounds legit. The reality is that they send you junk leads that they get from their FB ads or other sources of people asking for a home valuation. I'm a pretty good converter of zillow and other leads but I never came close to closing one of theirs. I only got an actual appointment with one lead and she was dying of cancer and trying to decide whether to sell her piece of junk house or leave it to her kids. Sad story for her but that's the closest I got. Most "leads" weren't the actual homeowner, in spite of Erik claiming that all the "leads" were vetted to weed out bogus leads. If you complain about the leads, he gets very defensive and claims he will "boost" your ads and get you more opportunities. And you will get one or two but then it goes back down to nothing. He is a con artist and I gave him every opportunity to make good on his "guarantee" of qualified leads but at the end of the day he is just a scammer like so many others. I signed up at a moment of weakness after a great quarter and my business has continued to thrive in spite of this company. So do yourself a favor and save your money. This company is a fraud.

I would give ZERO stars if possible

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Total SCAM. Save your money. I have worked with Erik and Joel and they were very responsive and upgraded me when my leads didn't pan out. But guess what? They never panned out. Well over a year and NO qualified leads. Total rip off. I am confident that the positive reviews are fake. If anyone wants to sue them, let me know.

Don't get screwed by Realpin like I did!

Grant at Realpin totally sold me on 30 quality seller leads. He promised that I would have 30 leads that were high-quality leads with good phone numbers and emails from his company. Over the course of 1.5 years, I only have received 2 leads that I would say are high quality and that i actually had correct contact information and spoke to the lead. The rest were junk. Either, wrong phone numbers and emails, or disconnected phone numbers and emails that bounced back. I did get more than 30 leads, but all but 2 were bad. I went through all the leads that I got, and out of all the addreses, only one has sold in the last 1.5 years and that lead that realpin gave me was a bad phone number and I don't know about the email because never got a response. I spent $5000 and only landed one listing apt. Total scam and liars. They do not deliver on what they promise. I didn't get the listing, so basically, I lost all my money and time. DO NOT USE REALPIN!!!

I have tried to speak with Erik or Joel…

I have tried to speak with Erik or Joel and they have not returned my calls. I paid for two seller leads and three buyer leads and while I did work and got one seller lead, I am still waiting for the other leads. I am getting nothing. I called and I told them I wasn’t happy with the service and they still have not returned my call.

Realpin and INC Brands are a total SCAM! Avoid this site.

I was told I would be receiving fully vetted leads for buyers and sellers in my area. What I received was crap! Most of the leads did not request information on selling their properties and one lead was really pissed when a member of team reached out to the lead only to find it was a Realtor. I have requested return on my investment for over a year. When I try calling it goes straight to a voice mail. Yet when I called on my assistants phone within two minutes of my previous call "Joel" answered. This is a total scam. Do not waste your money with Realpin or INC Brands, the parent company. With no response from Realpin, I am filing a complaint with my State consumer protection office. This site is a scam and needs to be stopped!

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. Super nice guy promised vetted leads, raved about his renewal percentage and how long agents had been with him renewing their contracts. I call BS. I paid $6000. The leads were terrible, some tenants, one another realtor, some didnt even own the property, just a collosal waste of my time chasing the few I did get. NOT ONE CLOSED. in over a year. Stay away from realpin.

Total scam!!

Total scam!!! Shame on me for buying leads from them, but I have had the same experience as Agitated_Ant_891. A year into it and not a single lead. I get “leads” that are for people with homes that are already on the MLS, leads from people 5 hours away from my geography, mostly leads from people who never knew they signed up to get a property valuation. 90% of the leads are either wrong numbers or non existent email addresses. Realpin turns it over to the “billing team” to look into the problems and it seems these mystery people have a canned email they reply with anytime anyone has an issue. They have now completely stopped responding to my emails or phone calls. Dishonest and they have no desire to work with me to even increase the opportunity to get a lead. Worst yet, the consumer has no recourse.

I was scammed

I was scammed - This company took my money and guaranteed 10 seller leads in a specific amount of time (6 months). The company assured me I would receive my money back if they did not perform to our agreement. NOT only did they not provide 10 leads, the 5 leads they sent were not legitimate leads. The leads either: 1. Claimed they did not ask to be contacted by an agent and they had no interest or knowledge of how I got their information or 2. The phone number was disconnected and the contact information was not legitimate.

After multiple conversations with their sales manager Erik (the only person that can be reached by me at the company), the timeframe for the 10 seller leads expired. I asked for my money back and instead was told that the contract doesn't allow for money back and they are instead working hard to get me 10 more seller leads at no charge. Further information: every time I spoke with Erik, he argued about their success, his success, random statistics that didn't relate to the purpose of my call and spoke aggressively over me. This was an early ref flag of brewing future trouble with this company. I stand by my review and have documentation supporting this review.

PLEASE Check Better Business Bureau!

JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS!!
Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said?? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.

Solid Listing appointment system

I guess they wanted me to post it here also…Leaving this for our account representative who asked us to. We have been working with Erik, Sasan Adam & Grant for our team of 35 agents... They have been awesome account managers for our large demanding team. We love the leads and will stick with it. If you get a bad lead you let them know and they will replace it. Thanks again guys REALPIN rocks!
