21 days waiting NO redemption
I have been playing with Realprize consistently for over a year and NEVER had the problems I'm having now. I have a $700 redemption that has been pending for 21 days (now over 15 business days). This is well beyond their time frames listed in terms and conditions. I am full verified, have had several successful redemptions before but am beginning to think they are not going to come through. It's very sad because I purchased 2 very large packages and they gladly took my money to play but will not honor the redemption timeframe. They only give me automated customer service replies.
Very very disappointed.
I will gladly edit my review if I could get some sort of response from them on when to expect my redemption.

Verified for deposit, blocked for redemption
I am extremely frustrated with the verification process. I was told my ID verification was complete and that I was “ready to win and redeem.” Based on that, I deposited a total of $70, and won some, bringing my balance to a redeemable $100 and some change. However, the moment I tried to redeem for a digital gift card, I was hit with a “ Step 2 “ verification page that is stuck in a constant loop. It will not allow me to upload documents or progress in any way, despite trying multiple browsers and clearing my cashe. I have a government issued document for address verification, but the system is technically broken and won’t accept it. I am a member of five other online casinos, and have only submitted to them what I have ALREADY presented to them. It feels like a classic bait and switch, to accept my money and ID instantly but then use a technical glitch to block my redemption. All I ever redeem is gift cards guys, it can’t hurt you that badly. I am requesting a manual review of my ID verification so I can receive the winnings I earned.
