Insulting, distasteful, non-content

They have a suspect refund policy, despite their 'payback guarantee'. I tried to get one, after realising the gut wrenching mistake I made (seconds after paying). I was fooled, and that is on me. This is after all thousands of dollars they are asking for. It is not no money. They will use all kinds of mental traps to get you to pay, such as the 'money boundary' or the promise of personal and direct correspondence with the head 'mentor'. If there's anything this company understands, it's how to manipulate. So on the sales side, they are manipulative, disrespectful, and do not honour agreements.

Despite best efforts to get a refund, and following some time of putting my head in the sand around it all, I figured I might as well try it out, with an open mind, seeing as I had paid.

I will now outline exactly what the full extent of the content consists of (and bear in mind I paid $3000 for this. I understand its now closer to $5000):

1. One pre-recorded video from the supposed 'mentor' (this person, Owen, actually calls themselves a 'guru', to give you a flavour of the grandiosity at play).

2. Several pre-recorded videos from 2 men in their mid-twenties ("experienced coaches") explaining the weekly tasks. Extremely basic concepts and instructions like 'design a vision board' for your life, or do an audit of your life. Nothing worth its (YOUR) salt, in my opinion. It's entirely basic stuff.

3. Several pre-recorded videos from older seminars, where our man 'the guru' talks to crowds lasting from 10 minutes to an hour. Simply him talking. Such videos are entirely free on YouTube. And often content there is of higher quality.

4. Wait for it......8 weekly calls with around 25-30 others who have paid up. Nothing even close to a one-to-one. The calls start off with one of these "coaches" trying to get you 'pumped' up for the main event (the one and only Guru, Owen). What a joke this is. He turns up, on his own time (not yours). I have been on these calls, and waited up to 30 minutes for him. He will usually just be doing his own thing, maybe have his children around or be on the beach. Sometimes there's no signal. He has not made time for people who have paid him thousands of dollars. It is insulting.

The whole thing is geared around it being personalised. I've seen people ask questions and be shut down, be interrupted the WHOLE time, or turn their questions into ways for him to talk about his own life and how he's coped with adversity. He's a classic narcissist. I've heard him talk in the most vulgar terms about women. It's all very distasteful.

Please no not waste your money as I did. You will not see it again. If you have a sense of personal ethics, on top of losing your own money, you may be jarred by funding this organisation.

Lies about refunds

They state a "30 day full refund no questions asked policy" on their products, when I requested my refund they proceeded to ask why and said it will take 30 days to issue it. Never got the refund despite following up several times.
