A great product, I’m currently using Real Hydrate - electrolyte + carbohydrate and whether it’s before or after a workout session I feel more hydrated than I would just drinking water. The berry flavour is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants value for money as it offers many servings in one purchase, The delivery was great with no problems.
