I hate having to write this because the customer service is excellent as was their response time but I would strongly advise against buying anything from Realyiyi.

I thought I’d take a gamble knowing that the quality might not be the best but it was truly unwearable and felt like touching plastic.
I tried to return the items having been told that I would be able to and get a full refund and postage costs covered to then have the items returned back and told I wouldn’t receive money for them but I could get a partial refund and voucher.

I spent £120 and then had to spend £45.35 and £19.50 for postage so was meant to have been refunded £186. I am so grateful I got £97 back but having been told one thing for it then to be backtracked meant I have spent £86 on clothes I can’t wear.

The time it took for the clothes to arrive and for the clothes to be returned was mad; it took over 4 months from when sent.
I had to chase for the partial refund and it took a month for it to be paid back when it had said it would take 72hrs.

All in all, I feel so disappointed as I had written previously to buying to ask what the returns policy was and bought in knowledge would be able to be return items for a full refund.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt obligated with this and hope that no one else has to go through the same experience.

Well, I ordered a dress from your website received it and it’s not even a dress it’s like a potato sack. Nothing about the dress is the same as the picture, material colour, style. So disappointed, this is definitely a scam. Do not order anything from this website you will surely be disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered 3 items at a total of £70, received 1 which was NOTHING like the dress I ordered and have not received anything else since October 2022. Fuming. DO NOT ORDER from this site. Their website is a total scam. There isn't a useful contact number or email address that connects you to anyone in China if you want to return or complain. Rubbish service from a rubbish company. Save your hard-earned cash. FB and Insta should ban these people from advertising.

What a joke. Ordered 5 items. One damaged. One the wrong item. One the wrong size. Poor quality of all items. No way to contact them via their site or their email. No return address found anywhere.

I ordered a dress base do upon the description of the fabrics as cotton. The picture they provide was a dress that was indeed cotton or linen with the kind of creasing that occurs. There was a lace collar with a distinct knit.
What I received was a cheesy polyester copy that had a tacky lace neckline attached. It’s an embarrassment.
I can’t be bothered even hoping for a resolution from a company that does that. I just want people to be aware. DO NOT ORDER from them.

The pictures are great. Looks like dyed linnen. The reality is a cheap piece of cloth, with a really bad print on it, not even sharp. The shoulders are cut to small.
Don't waist your money on it. Return policy: you pay the costs sending it back to China, which is more expensive then the dress itself.

I'm disgusted in my order. I ordered 2 thick jumpers. One pink the other baby blue both in xl. First I had to remind them to send it to me. I received my jumpers today. The pink one would fit a 8yo child. No baby blue, but a yellow on. This is size ze 2xl. This fits but not the right colour. I won't be buying from them again.

I placed my order 1 mounth a go and i still have no news
We should denounce them to European media .This kind of scams need to stop.

I wish I could give this “site” zero stars. No way to track order. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes not. Haven’t received my order at all. $80 down the drain. Don’t order from them!

Awful. They sent me wrong size dress from what I ordered, and when I sent it back as requested, they refused to reimburse shipping. I requested return shipping to be reimbursed multiple times and they replied that they don’t reimburse shipping since it was delivered. They don’t seem to understand shipping vs return shipping. Emails indicate a language barrier with customer service. Dresses I got were paper thin and cheap looking. Buyer beware!

If you want to return because of terrible quality or bad fit, they tell you to send back to China! In my case this would have cost 43 € and you need to fill out Custom forms with information that I dint have. So basically impossible to return anything!

ZERO stars… this company is a scam. They refuse to refund a product they never shipped, it’s been 16 months.

This should be ZERO stars. Ordered four items which took four weeks to arrive. Two were completely the wrong thing and wrong size. All items of much inferior quality than pictures on website suggest and price. I emailed customer service who said I would need to pay return shipping to return them or keep them to gift to someone and they will give me £23 credit note. How they expected me to trust them ever again to place another order I don’t know. I had £70 odd of clothing that I can’t wear and a final offer of £20 refund to my card which I’m assuming I’ll never actually see. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was so disappointed in the dress I bought. It is so cheaply made. It is not hemmed any where...the sleeves are not hemmed and neither is the bottom of the dress. It is very thin and I'm afraid to wash it.
I usually check to see if a online store is legit, but I didn't this one, of course it's a bad one.
I'm only out $55.00, but it's the principle of it.

This company is a SCAM!! I'm robbed of $450!!! I ordered 5 pairs of boots. One pair were the ones I ordered but they look like a second graders art project and unwearable! The other 4 pairs are ALL IDENTICAL BLACK boots I did not order! They want me to pay to return boots I did NOT order and will not return my money!!
