I made a mistake having been confused…
I made a mistake having been confused with their website. The item came after a week of waiting but I needed the one with countersink screws. I have emailed them but have had no response. There is also no publicly displayed returns policy. I have had to place an order with another company and will be returning this as it is no use to me. Sad that they were unable to help. I only wrote this as I keep getting automatic prompts to write a review despite the lack of the product!

When a quick delivery is everything
As always with these kids of products, you need them quickly. After my bike destroyed its derailleur and took the hanger with it, I found the part I needed with Rear Mech Hanger and paid a drop extra to get it the next day. Fits perfectly and being black in colour, matches my frame! Very pleased and thanks guys.

Mech hanger came swiftly in the post but screw holes and fit were not perfect and despite very carful fitting it cam e loose and the threads were stripped after a 10 mile ride, I emailed the company but as yet have had no reply.
