Really easy to deal with and very good pricing
Wish I’d found them years ago

Found a splashback online which we thought would look well in the new kitchen. The option was there to order a free sample which we did. Arrived quickly but was not really a suitable match. However, with the sample came a brochure which, having studied we made a second choice and ordered that instead with contrasting upstands. These took a while longer to arrive but understandable as they use their own van and driver. Overall a positive experience with a company that seems to be very customer focused. Would not hesitate to use again.

Only required a small piece of worktop for our utility room so not a big purchase. Peter & his staff in Glasgow couldn’t have been more helpful. Had the perfect item in stock, cut it to the size we needed and all for a brilliant price. Absolutely delighted.

This was our first order with Rearo. Initially made contact via the internet and ordered a free sample, which our customer approved. The order was made and a delivery date agreed. The delivery was on time despite me having to change the delivery location after the order was made.

The staff at the showroom were very experienced, friendly and helpful, also the delivery guys were also excellent. A great service all round.

From the initial order of shower wall panels to the final delivery, the communication was outstanding. Unfortunately, the panels arrived damaged and were unavailable for immediate replacement. Jordan, based in Aberdeen, was exceptional in finding alternative options and ensuring that the replacements were delivered in perfect condition. The service provided was impressive, setting a standard I wish more companies would follow. Thanks to Jordan, I'll surely make another purchase for our next project.

We stopped in to look at clearance worktops and Peter was incredibly helpful. They were out of the ones we wanted but he gave us a great deal anyway. Outstanding customer service.

I went with my daughter to buy some kitchen panels. Fiona from the Northampton branch was amazing. Her knowledge of their products was invaluable.

Her expertise was lovely, helpful and truly appreciated.

She arranged delivery of the panels and extras we needed within a short period of time.

The delivery was superb and professional.

The costing was sorted by her and the account’s member of staff.

Her help in finding a professional fitter was amazing too as ours had let us down.

We are now about to redo our bathroom and will be ordering bathroom panels shortly.

I would highly recommend seeing Fiona for all your bathroom and kitchen panels as they are superb quality.
