After reading some of the reviews on here I was quite worried about how long my late sister’s pension may take to process and what difficulties I might face. However, I am pleased to say that Reassure, apart from one hiccup with some paperwork were very quick(two months) to pay out on the policies. When I did speak to them on a couple of occasions they were polite and helpful, so fair play to them.

Your customer services agent was professional, friendly and answered all my questions with the information I needed to make future decisions regarding my pension.

James helped me source a 26 year old work pension which has outperformed the market. He said it had made his day too which was gracious and thoughtful.

Monica was very helpful and dealt with my query quickly and explained the next steps in the process and timeliness.

Getting anything processed with ReAssure is nightmarish. A seemingly never-ending nightmare.

I was providd with all the information that I requested.

I was able to progress what I want to do and the call handler also explained why I needed to verify the bank a/c proceeds will go to.

I've found ReAssure very helpful they've explained everything I need to be aware of & given me great advice 👍

Shazia was polite and knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with my query.

Call was received quickly. Lucie was polite but her accent was a bit difficult to understand. Two questions were answered but not another. Eg. how much do I need to pay in each month to keep up with inflation?

Jacob was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and resolved a potential problem for me.

If I could give this organisation a zero I would. Every time I deal with them the make an error.
This time I requested a withdrawal of £11,000 which after chasing them was paid. I have now discovered they have taken the payment twice from my account which I am now trying to find where the missing money is. This is the second time money has gone missing from my account!

Today I received the 5th proof of life request since March from ReAssure.

The first was received by me in Thailand in early March, I responded and have a confirmation email.

Since then I've received another 4 Proof of Life requests.

Are they trying to harass me into a heart attack ?

A truly awful outfit to deal with !!
