Customer service representative was Excellent!!
Customer service representative contacted us within minutes of submitting a quote request and was extremely helpful in working through available cover options for us. The representative was courteous and respectful throughout the call and came across very knowledgeable and professional.
Our circumstances changed very soon after the call and we did not move forward with ReAssured, despite offering very competitive options.
Their 4.8 rating on Trustpilot is a true reflection and although we did not move forward with cover on this occasion we would certainly recommend ReAssured to friends, family and colleagues..."well done" to all!
