Nice pleasant knowledgeable chap on the phone, not pushy and explained everything in a clear caring manner, he was very patient answering any questions I had.
Mike listened to my request, he emailed the plans which were applicable to both mine and my husband’s needs. He phoned me back 2 days later at my request so I could think and discuss options with my husband.
Again he was happy to answer questions my husband asked and completed the applicable paperwork required for us to take out the policy which was best suitable to our needs.

Great service.
The person I spoke with (Joe) was extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable of the various policies and company's that he represented. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I 100%understood the terms of my agreement, even if that meant going over the same things more than once.
There was no rush, no pressure, and he gave me his phone number just incase I needed to know something after the call ended.
I was really pleased with the service and feel confident that I've made the right choice to suit my needs.
