Don't deal With Rebaid as Amazon Seller, I gave away like 110 units for free lost like over $800 for the plan and fees and got Zero reviews, What is the point of giving a way free stuff when you are not getting anything back from buyers ? I also Sent SMS text messages and paid for that, but they did not give you any summery about it , follow up emails as well, not a single review!!! it is a Scam!!! Scam platform, Scam cheap buyers who wants to get free stuff.

Avoid Rebaid.com - Total Waste of Money and Zero Support

I want to warn anyone considering Rebaid.com – save your money and avoid this platform. I signed up for a professional account, paying $90 upfront, and gave away 40 units of my product through their system.

During my campaign, I ran into an issue and reached out multiple times for support. No one responded until 3 weeks later, which is absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.

But here’s the worst part: Out of 40 units given away, I received ZERO reviews. Yes – not a single review. That’s the entire point of using Rebaid, and they completely failed.

Meanwhile, I ran an Amazon Vine campaign on the same day, gave away 30 units, and within that same time frame I’ve already received 9 reviews from just 18 redemptions. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

With Rebaid, I’m now down over $1,000 between their fees and product giveaways, and I have nothing to show for it. Just an empty bank account and 40 fewer units in my inventory.

Conclusion: Rebaid is a terrible platform that doesn’t deliver, doesn’t support its customers, and doesn’t deserve to be in business. You’re better off lighting your money on fire. Use Amazon Vine or literally anything else. This was a huge mistake.

I’m fully aware of Amazon and FTC guidelines. At no point did I request or expect incentivized reviews. I simply asked for honest feedback from testers—which is perfectly acceptable and expected when sellers are paying to distribute products.

If Rebaid’s platform discourages even honest feedback, then it provides zero value to sellers. There’s no transparency, no follow-up, and no way to measure ROI. This isn’t about breaking rules—it’s about common sense and basic service quality. Still a 1-star experience.

Hi Michael, sorry to see this review. Please understand however that Rebaid is not a review platform, and that is clearly stated on our website. All ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon expressly prohibit incentivized reviews, and strictly enforce this policy. Moreover the FTC issued guidance prohibiting reviews based on incentive. Therefore consistent with both marketplace policy and federal law Rebaid does not require shoppers to leave reviews in exchange for their rebate payments.

Rebaid is great!

I have had really good experiences with Rebaid. I've tried new products, some that I would not normally thought I would use or like, and been pleasantly surprised. Rebaid's customer service has been great for me - even when I have been the one at fault. I never feel pressured to leave reviews. I really like Rebaid. Keep up the great work!

SCAM Alert!

This website is nothing but a scam. They charged me more than $500 for a single influencer campaign which literary did nothing. They have a useless list of influencers. They want to keep on charging you and won't cancel your subscription and won't refund your money. Customer support is pathetic. They got tons of made up reviews which all are fake.

I wonder what is going on with this…

I wonder what is going on with this company, I’ve never had delayed direct deposits and now it has been over a month and after I reached out to customer service they haven’t responded in days and looking online I see a lot of negative things and can’t find their social media presence. This is very concerning, if something was going on it would be nice for the owner of the company to let people know.

They don't pay rebates and they don't respond to queries

*** [Feb 24 update] changing my rating from one star to three stars as I just received a call from the owner of the company who personally apologized for the issues and told me that they send payments in batches which is why they are delay, and accepted that they need to do a better job in communicating the payment timelines to users ***

[previous 1 star review] It's been weeks since they *supposedly* sent me the rebates to my checking account but neither the money arrived nor the customer service is responding to my emails and the numerous tickets I opened. Non existing support team, bad business practices. At this point I started to wonder, have I been scammed??? Will I ever get the rebates they promised???

Payment situation with positive resolution

In an update, about a week or two after this post, I did receive an explanation that something had gone wrong with the payment processing system that month and I would be receiving a second check. After a few weeks of waiting, I have received it for the full amount.

I have written 2 help desk tickets in the past couple weeks, with no response as of yet. I redeemed approximately $100 in rebates I earned through shopping for and purchasing items through links from the Rebaid site, as directed. A check was sent to my home for the full amount, which I then mobile deposited in my bank account. Several days later, I received a letter from my bank explaining that this check had been returned unpaid. I have no idea why Rebaid has not honored the rebates included in the check, but I'm afraid after this experience and no offered help to correct the issue I can no longer recommend using Rebaid. Customer Service is absent, no one responds, and the promised rebates have not been honored. Customer beware, if you have such an issue, Rebaid will not repay your money or respond to your help requests.)

I have not received over $370.14 in direct deposit and 10 checks for months

I have not received over $370.14 in direct deposits that show as paid in my online account. I am also missing 10 checks that shows as being sent, as long ago as Jan 6th. I submitted multiple support tickets, no response for months until last week. The response was the direct deposits were returned, but the attachment could not be opened. The bank information is correct because I did receive one pay on November 8, 2024. I have yet to receive a reply from my request to please send another attachment.
