Rebecca is my go to for any event. Her styles are unrivalled by anything else I can find on the high street and the high quality fabrics attention to detail and ability to order bespoke items just add to the experience. I love my latest dress and I got so many compliments recently for wearing my collection of Rebecca Rhoades dresses on my holiday to Barbados. I would highly recommend

Like others I am still waiting for my refund, it’s long overdue and not in line with the company’s terms and conditions …… Rebecca keeps promising it will be done, it is done, it will be in my account……… but I’m still waiting. For any other people struggling I advise you pay £50 and fill out small claims court form. The court takes process over. It adds interest onto value of refund and back charges company the £50, so there is no cost to the claimant once the company pays. It’s very easy and effective, and what I will be doing if my money is not returned by the end of next week. Gill

Terrible customer service still waiting on refund for over a month .. such a shame as the product is lovely .. I have sent 3 emails no reply, they don’t stick by their refund policy ..

Dress was over dramatic and I sent it back almost 4 weeks ago and have emailed the company a few times but there is never any response from them.
I am still awaiting my refund!!
There is no phone no for them and not sure what to do now! Customer service is awful. Steer clear of this company! There are better clothes out there!!!

Waited over a month for my refund
Such a shame as the product is lovely, although didn’t suit. I should have paid more attention to the reviews regarding getting your money back when items were returned. Waited over a month, lousy excuses and poor communication. Will not not use this site again sadly
