I reached out about getting a piece to repair a greeblie on my saber, and they gave me instructions on how to fix it and sent a replacement piece free of charge. The saber itself has also held up great over my time using it for stage combat.

I'm new to collecting lightsabers. This was the second brand I've bought from, and they were better than the first! I loved the timing of the delivery first of all. Second, I appreciate the bundle that they sell. I kept one, gave one to a coworker, and another to my brother.
It was awesome that the one I kept for myself actually connected to the other end of the first saber I bought. 😎

The custom case and instruction guide was a nice touch to ensure I fully understood how to use the new xenopixel model. Using Bluetooth to change saber colors, fonts, and ignitions is an absolute game changer. This model feels truly customizable without being overcomplicated!
If you are thinking about purchasing the new heirloom saber, it is so worth it! With several retention screws for the hilt & blade, this saber feels 100 times better than the previous model!
