I ordered a air fryer and after 10 days all I have to show is a pre shipping label. I expected a bit quicker shipping or some message stating there is a problem.
I've ordered from Rebel several times, including when they were previously called "Rebel Stork". I've recommended their site to several friends, but will no longer be purchasing from them or suggesting my friends order.
In early April, I placed an order for a 3-in-1 tunnel & 2 other items for my son. The other 2 items arrived, but I never received a shipping confirmation for the tunnel. When I inquired about it, I saw that it said it was never paid. I was never notified by Rebel. I paid for it again and this time it went through. I was told I'd receive an update when it shipped. Late April came and went. I checked early May and saw that the tunnel was no longer in my recent orders. Turns out, the order was cancelled because the item was no longer in stock, but I was never notified of this. I reached out to customer service and expressed how disappointing that entire process was. I ended up ordering the tunnel directly from the company who makes it and it arrived within a few days. I only paid $10 more than the price I would have paid on Rebel. I will never order from them again.
Worst experience by far, order an item that I thought was actually a baby but instead sent me a baby frame and couldn’t send it back for credit never experienced this with no vendor ! Never again !
The box arrived open, but it doesn’t appear anything is missing. I will only use it for company, so I think everything is good to go.... the company offered to make anything right, that was wrong, so that's good business!
Bought a stroller that came incomplete last week have been emailing since and they respond once per day no resolution (they want to mail box this huge stroller when I just had a newborn and the stroller isn't usable) was offered a prorated refund if I couldn't return stroller still no response on that.

Consumers beware! Besides their poor quality customer service, it appears REBEL is selling products that are not actually in stock while representing them as available on their website — and telling customers their products have shipped when it is untrue.
I placed a large order of items almost 2 weeks ago, and only one item has shipped. I requested a refund for the remaining items given how much time has passed, but customer service told me they had already shipped them and that I would need to follow their return policy.
However, the tracking information shows that the package has not even been received by the carrier, which directly contradicts what I was told. I emailed customer support with screenshots of the tracking information, and I haven't heard from them since. I followed up multiple times over several days and did not receive any response from customer service.
Customers should be able to get a refund for items that are not in stock and have not been shipped. It does not make sense to require a customer to wait for an item to ship and then make them go through a return process. This is a shady business practice and a very poor customer experience.
Based on my poor experience, I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They have a "D" rating. I would strongly caution others before purchasing!

I only received one of the two car seats I ordered. They sent emails indicating which pieces of the order shipped, the second seat never had shipping notice, of course never had a delivery notice, then they claimed both seats were delivered when only one was. I made many attempts to reach out to customer service, their phone number goes nowhere, and the chat bots seem to be poor AI. The worst shopping experience. Insult to injury, pieces were missing from the bento boxes I ordered at the same time, not as big a deal as the missing car seat. No resolution.
After publishing this review, Rebel refunded me for the missing car seat. So I suppose, if at first you don’t succeed, go straight to online reviews.
