Quality of the wallpaper is good and its really beautiful. When we ordered a sample it didn't arrive at our home. When I sent an e-mail about the missing samples they immediately sent other ones and the communication was good. The website works very well.

Beware scam sitr
Order no 4144782
I live in Norway and ordered samples for selfstick wallpaper. A couple hours later my card was being used in the USA- but was luckily caught by my credit card company. I have not yet received the samples after 4 weeks and when I click on the link to track them i get a message that I have to log in. However, I cannot log in and get a weird message that the domain is disabled. Don’t trust this site!!!

Regarding your concern about your card, we take payment security extremely seriously. All transactions on our website are processed through secure, certified payment providers, and we do not have access to or store your full card details. Based on this, there would be no connection between a purchase with us and any subsequent unauthorized use of your card.

It took a long time to arrive, but very happy with the final results! Extremely easy to hang, totally idiot proof 😉. No need for measuring, just cut where it says cut, put glue on the wall, line it up and that is it!

Sample was a wrong
I ordered and received a sample of a wallpaper mural. The sample I received was zoomed in a branch and I couldn’t get an idea what the tree was like at all. The large picture of the mural was the WRONG mural!! It was a waste and left me very disappointed.

I was not sure about this shop if it is trustworth, but everything went smooth. Delivery was even faster than promised time. Wallpaper was exactly as I ordered, very good quality. Good detailed instructions how to hang it on the wall. Packed neatly good prevention from damages.

Poor / Unaccountable customer service
Poor customer service
I received an order missing a bunch of panels, and once my contractor noticed, I reached out to the company. They are headquartered in Europe, so they reply overnight if you are in the US. It took about 2-3 days for them to acknowledge the problem and say they should express new product. But, they then stopped replying and didn't get the order out for another week It was extremely frustrating as we have a family event planned and our bathroom is half wallpapered. It felt like a lack of ownership, accountability and organization from the customer service team, and could have been fixed ( as always is the case these days ) by a single phone call.
