We've had our Rebo swing for a few years and despite it being treated with wood paint the top beam has totally rotted.
The customer service response was shocking for such an expensive product that has lasted such a short time.

Cant understand why so many negative reviews. My experience with Rebo was fantastic from start to finish
Delivery fast and efficient.
Swing set put up today ,no pieces missing,dont even need instructions self explanitary.
And the heavy duty stays are awesome. Grandkids love the new swings.

All this company wants is your money. Awful service a week postage it said. Took over a month and arrived incomplete. Customer service non existent. Avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered a swing fir my grandchildren for Christmas and unfortunately put an incorrect postcode - I e mailed them straight away which they ignored - they sent it out with incompatible address and suprise it never arrived - they got it sent straight back but still have my money since 19/12 - now claiming through PayPal and despite confirming a refund has been sent I am still waiting since then for them to refund my £ 140 - I’d think twice before ordering from them their accounts department clearly give misleading info if you have a problem they don’t want to know

I purchased 2 battery operated cars from this company for my children for christmas after reading positive reviews, both cars upon trying to build them on christmas eve, didnt have the parts needed to build them, as a result my 2 and 4 year olds woke up on christmas morning to their present from santa not properly built and unable to play withthem. The telephone message at customer services stated that they reopened on mon 6th jan, the same message played all day mon, I then opted to email. On tuesday the message changed and I was informed that only a limited telephone service was offered as priority went to responding to emails within 24 hours, I am continuing to try to speak to someone on the phone without success and after more than 24 hours have still recieved no email response. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and am beggining to feel like I have been fooled into purchasing goods from charlatans!
