Folks, "Reborn Baby World" was indeed a pirate site. We sued them for pirating our products and trying to impersonate us. We posted our lawsuit win on our Facebook page. Search for "Bountiful Baby Reborns" on Facebook. Our post is at the top of our page.

We also won a permanent injunction against Reborn Baby World, so their site should no longer exist. If anybody sees them pop up anywhere else, I would appreciate it if you let us (Bountiful Baby) know so that we can follow up with further legal action.

I went online did a little research on their website finally i found this company Support help which is THE ADMITTED THEIR, MISTAKE THAT THEY SENT ME THE CRAP DOLL finally they provide return shipping info and I also received my amount back from this company finally, return this CHEAP LOOKING DOLL back TO THE COMPANY I would like to tell anyone and everyone

This is a SCAM site. Product comes from China and is a cheap knock-off of the authentic reborn dolls. I tried to return mine and it came back 8 months later from China with no refund! Now I was out of the doll cost plus the return shipping cost of $43! BUYER BEWARE. Ashton Drake dolls are what you want. Not as expensive as the designer Reborns, but collectors quality.

Same with me...Terrible ordered a doll for my daughter in December item arrived it was poor ugly and should of been for sale in a pound shop..Nobody to help..Email after Email..Had to send the doll back it cost me 30 pounds in postage to send back....Nobody would REFUND me ..I had to take this up with PayPal. Got my money back in May through PayPal but was still angry because I had to pay the return postage....So I'm 30 pounds out of pocket...Do not order any doll they are thieves...

I gave this 1 star because I couldn't give less. like everyone else they stole my money. Sent a cheap doll nothing like I ordered, they told me to return it and it cost me another £25. So they have stole £100. It was Christmas present for my granddaughter. All the responses are the same. We very sorry. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They should not be allowed to trade.

Reborn Baby World is a SCAM site. DO NOT waste your time. They took my money...didn't send out the doll...and then once I opened a case against them with PayPal, suddenly I get a confirmation e-mail from them claiming the order has just been shipped. I won my case with PayPal, and got my money back...and the doll that arrived was a horrible, cheap knockoff of the "Diaz" doll (Saskia kit) I had ordered.

My story is like many others. The doll I received was not what I ordered but!!!!!!!!11

The baby I ordered is missing their eyebrows and hair, has blue ears and red lines all over her feet The doll I received was UGLY and cheap. NOTA REBORN. My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. Order was a gift for someone else. It was a bit embarrassing when instead of a handmade doll from the pictures “the birthday gift” was something completely different and not nearly the promised quality. We actually though it was a scam and reported it to PayPal straight away. It appears the seller send us wrong product. Although seller made a mistake we have to pay for the shipping cost (product arrived from China). Please be careful as it doesn’t appear very reliable. Hope we’ll get the money back soon!

This company is a sham! I ordered twins dolls for my daughter for Christmas and only one very badly made doll turned up having paid £150!! I have sent the doll back by Royal Mail tracked delivery and still not had a refund. I just get so called customer service agents saying please be patient and that if I complain they will be blamed......frankly I don’t care....just want my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I paid extra shipping to receive a BOY doll by Christmas and didn't get it by Christmas. They sent the wrong doll, a girl doll that was cloth which I ordered a vinyl doll, and it was dressed in nothing but a plain white onesie. They didn't offer to ship me the correct doll but said they would give me 15% off my order if I kept it or I could return it to China. They said they would not pay for the shipping to return it either. They asked me not to write a bad review because the customer support operator would get the blame for it. Terrible customer service! Not to mention, when I ordered this, I thought it was coming from Utah, not from China! Very misleading!

Ordered a girl doll for my granddaughter for Christmas. They sent a boy, anatomically correct which real Reborns, as far as I am aware, do not do. After some backwards and forwarding of emails with people in China I agreed to a 20% refund and gave them the PayPal ID number. I’ve never received the discount and my emails are ignored. Do not deal with these people

Absolutely ridiculous. Just stole $120 from a person during a time like this.

My biggest complaint is that they say they are based out of Utah. Which is entirely untrue.

Only way to refund is to send it back and THEN they’ll decide whether to refund or not.... are you kidding me?! No way in hell.

In other news, I will no longer be doing business with PayPal. Shame on you, PayPal. Letting this joke of a company scam people out of their hard earned money.

I have never been so disappointed in two companies at the same time.

I won’t let this go. They’ll continue to hear from me. If I can keep ONE person from buying from them, it’s worth it!

This company is horrible. I placed an order on 12/11/20 and did not receive the dolls until 1/26/21. The customer service is very poor. They do not respond for days, if at all. The website claimed that the dolls are make in the U.S and yet mine came from China. I have no problems with things coming from China as long as they don't advertise they were made in the U.S. Once I received the dolls, they were NOTHING like I ordered. I ordered a set of twins, 1 boy, 1 girl, and I received two of the exact same doll. I am completely disappointed. I don't even care about the money I spent. I just want to prevent others from the hassle.

My horrible experience with this company, who I would never recommend to anyone, is very similar to all of the other reviews. Prior to order 2 dolls for my granddaughter, I emailed customer service to make sure I was ordering from within the USA, I was told yes which was a lie! Therefore I proceeded to order 2 dolls for my granddaughter on 11/30 with an anticipated delivery date of 12/20. Although I was skeptical that it would arrive in time for Christmas, I would have even been okay until 12/27 when I was going to see my granddaughter. Christmas came and went and no dolls, New Years came and went and still no dolls. Their tracking system was crap and never updated. Finally 1 of the dolls arrived the first week of January but it was incorrect, not to mention they are literally just shipped in the doll's box alone with no extra protection so the box is completely damaged and not able to wrap as a gift! What I ordered and paid for, was a full silicone body but I received a cloth body. When I contacted customer service it took days for a response and always the same thing, send a picture of the doll, which I did, send a picture of your receipt, which I did and nothing ever happened. Finally when I asked to hear back from someone that actually could help me, one of the many CS reps they said I could return the doll and once they received it back and made sure nothing was wrong with it they would refund my money back. I'm supposed to trust these scam artists now? I can only image how long that would take, not to mention if I would ever get my money back! At this point I still hadn't received the 2nd doll which finally arrived mid January. I decided to keep both dolls and not pursue a refund for the additional money I paid for the first doll, but I hope I can deter others from going through the aggravation that I've been through.

I'm joining all the others that have been scammed by this company. I ordered twins in December. It did take over a month to receive package. That part didn't bother me so much as I received only one doll. I have over 50 e-mails between us. All I asked for was a return label so that I could return a doll that I did not order. This was their mistake that I am paying for. I also would love to give as many negative stars as possible. I hope others will read reviews before purchasing. Dolls not worth the money either. horrible experience!!

Please stay away from this company! I ordered a doll for my daughter for Christmas. Not only did it not get here by Christmas (over a month after) but it was NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED! The doll is hideous and poorly made. This is a scam.

I just received my order that I placed in December. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I ordered the Happy Life Sweetie Amara doll, I did NOT receive that doll. I am not sure what I received but it is poor quality and very UGLY! I cannot give this doll to my daughter! The doll I received is also pictured below. The face has been painted on very poorly and the mouth looks HORRIBLE. I am not sure how this company thinks it is ok to do business like this but I assure you it is not.
