Scam

The cashmere gloves were 60% the price of other uk cashmere recycling companies, but I have been caught before so got off facebook and looked at their actual website. It quickly became clear this is another scam company - scant on details & the email didn't work. Not a registered UK company. DONT BUY!!

Great product

Great product. I bought a set of fingerless gloves, snood and beanie. They arrived promptly and were great quality. You would never of thought they were jumpers repurposed. I love the colours and although I tried to pick
Matching items, there was nothing on line that matched in all three. But the ones I got work together. The beanie fits perfectly, and the snood isa smaller fit than normal but is like no other snood I have which is great. Would make great Christmas presents for anyone looking for ideas.

Thank you so much for this lovely review. We’re really glad your gloves, snood and beanie arrived quickly and that you’re enjoying the feel and quality, it’s always wonderful to hear how our repurposed cashmere finds a new life, and it’s great to know the beanie and snood fit just right. They do make thoughtful gifts, especially as the weather turns. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Seem dodgy to me

Saw an advert on Instagram for some Cashmere fingerless gloves and as it is starting to get cold, I thought why not?

They had a range of lovely colours and lots of choice so found some I liked and got 25% off my first order. So far, so good.

A few days later I get an email from them to say they are refunding me some money as a goodwill gesture and for no apparent reason. This sounded a bit odd to me but whatever, it's their business. Order arrived fine in a few days however on opening the parcel, I didn't like the colour at all as it wasn't as vibrant as it looked online so decided to exchange them for another brighter pair. Now this is where the problems starts.

On the receipt included with the parcel, it tells you how to do a free return via Royal Mail, just search for their company RE:BORN. I did this only to find that company name doesn't exist on Royal Mail's website. I then go back to the retailers website and to their contact details where they only have an email address, no telephone number. I then send them an email advising them I haven't been able to complete the return online because the name RE:BORN doesn't exist. However, thirty seconds after sending the email, the email bounces back and says the email address doesn't exist so no way to contact them.

I then simply reply to the earlier email I received from someone at the company advising me they were giving me a partial refund. That email address hasn't bounced back as of yet.

After double checking the receipt I received I see on there, their name is down as Celtic & Co which does appear on Royal Mail's website. I have organised a successful return using this company name and am hoping it is the same one and my item gets returned safely.

I don't have a particularly good feeling about this site and I don't think I will be purchasing again. Why make up an email address that doesn't work and why tell us to return on Royal Mail using a name that also doesn't exist.
