Fake carbon as others have stated. They don’t stand by their product. Mine started literally falling apart, chipping away at the corners. Contacted them and guess what, they would not replace their faulty product. Plenty of better priced and nicer looking products out there. Usually buy Speck brand stuff but thought I would give this a try, waste of your money if you do.

I have had my iPhone 16 Pro Max since the very beginning in 2025 when they came out. I’ve had it with the case on since day one. Used magic John through the second iteration through the third generation and never had a problem with the set up that I had. I bought the reborn carbon fiber V3 with the lens protector. Had it on for two days dropped my phone one time and cracked my screen with the screen protector on. i would not recommend this product, even though they say that it will protect your phone. Let me tell you that I doesn’t. Not one bit. I am extremely disappointed that I didn’t do as advertised. Now I’ve got a phone that I’ve babied since day one that is now broken. I now have to pay more money to have my phone fixed so I can see the screen. So I will be returning these “things” I’ve purchased at an over inflated price. They should let people know that their product does not do as what they say they do and is very cheap and overpriced.

I would not recommend this company. Most things I have opened is the wrong product and it also feels cheap and no quality about it. I only received my stuff about an hour ago

The case is beautifull but comes off easily and does not come high enough to preotect the edges.
The screen protector is really awful it. I did the installation correctly ive done it to many devices many many times so its not something difficult to me but the protector can not stick ath the edges and there is air around the corners. Now i have a screen with a frame of air.

I bought a carbon fiber case V3 and even a lens protector for a iPhone 13 Pro Max the supposed carbon fiber case did not last even 1 year and the lens protector got broken after a couple of months they are selling this stuff as unbreakable but it is not it just garbage i would dare to compare this brand with some stuff you can get it from TEMU. What a disappointment!!

I just put the screen protector on and the I have 5 bubbles that I can’t get out. I tried to get them out with a microfiber towel but now I also have scratches on it🤨
Going to get of the screenprotector now because the bubbles are annoying so yeah, threw away my money👍🏼

Case is great looking however material colour around camera bump for iPhone 16 pro max has rubbed away in less than a month. Both the red and the blue case. Disappointed.

The customer service here is top notch. The product I received was missing a component. Got in touch with the seller and they send me a replacement without any issues. Once shipped, I had the new case in two days. Love this case, it’s very minimalist but it’s of great quality and offers great protection to my phone.

They do not answer mail! have sent 3 mails without getting any answer.

Purchased a new case for my new iPhone 17 air. It showed up with a small hole in the back. I contacted them asking for a resolution and the only thing offered was a 30% refund.

In my opinion the authenticity of the carbon fiber is also questionable.

I’m quite selective about what I buy because appearance and quality matter to me. I used Apple’s silicone case before, but it started peeling, felt oily, and kept collecting dust, which made it look unpleasant after a short time. Then I tried Reborn Device, and their case turned out much better. It’s light, thin, minimal, and feels nice to hold. Their customer service isn’t the fastest, but they delivered exactly what was promised, and I didn’t face any issues with the product. Overall, a decent experience and a case that actually lasts.

I highly recommend this purchase. I’m from Spain, and the product arrived in just under a week. The quality is incredible — it’s sturdy and soft to the touch. Plus, the customer service team is outstanding.

Please do not purchase the cases. In a matter of 4 months, the case appeared holes. When asked for a replacement under warranty, I was explained that “we assure you that your phone will be safe even though the case is deteriorated”. I sent pictures and was told we can send you a replacement due to tariffs now.

I purchased a case because it sounded good at first. Unfortunately, it isn't, and the customer service is abysmal.
The case doesn't fit the iPhone 17 Pro; it wobbles at the top left and doesn't sit properly.
So I declared my withdrawal within the deadline and asserted my warranty claims at the same time.
The “customer service” then offered that I should keep it and said:
“We can refund you $12 instead of $34.95. You will not have to return the product.”
In exchange, I get to keep a defective and unusable product? How generous. Furthermore, they refuse to cover the cost of return shipping. Someone here seems to have a really good understanding of EU consumer rights. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and the case is still being handled under buyer protection.
The advertising makes a lot of promises that are not kept, and then the buyer's rights are denied. I will definitely not be buying from here again.

The product is clearly fake “carbon” (just a thin layer/film glued over plastic). The build quality is very poor: pieces start peeling off, the shell cracks easily, and the “carbon” surface begins to flake and come off under normal use. This is basically the same cheap product you can find on AliExpress for a fraction of the price, only repackaged in nicer wrapping and sold at a premium. When I contacted support, they offered me a replacement for €18 — which doesn’t fix the fact that the original product was defective and misleadingly advertised. I would not recommend buying this. If you’re looking for real carbon-finish quality and solid construction, you won’t find it here. You’re better off saving your money and buying a cheaper alternative elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I ordered a case for an iPhone 17pro on the order confirmation it said it was for an iPhone 17 pro max so I contacted them straight away, no reply so I emailed again asking for confirmation they had received my message, no reply.
I have emailed five times with no response and now the wrong case has been delivered..
I emailed asking how I can return it, no reply.
