The website suggests it is a UK based company but it all comes from china. You are not allowed to cancel the order (even before despatch) and you can't return the item as you have to pay expensive postage costs (back to china). The company are scammers. I bought 'the ultimate backless dress' and it is truly terrible. It's shoddy and falling apart. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don’t waste your time.
Paid £28 for two keychain lights that were supposed to be quality but instead recieved 2 cheap plastic reproductions that cost £2 each on Temu.
Ask for to return for a refund was told to send images of my purchase which was a waste of time. Last email thanked me for my patience and they would be back in touch and that was a month ago. Had to escalate the claim and threaten to report them to the trading standards and the ombudsman.
Very very poor service and products. Stay clear of this company. They arnt trying to offer customers good products. More what they can con you with!

Scam same as others, ordered, promised delivery date 7-10 days. Nothing- no reply to emails, no retail shop at address given. Check out Companies House for more details on business.

Scam !!! Never answear but finally have refund!

Purchased a Sonos sub mini online on 3/5. Said it will be delivered in 7-8 business days. No updates or tracker number despite multiple emails.

Complete Scam! I ordered a product and have been waiting 12 days for it now. I have tried all possible ways to contact them and they have ignore all emails, messages and do not answer the phone.

Don't bother this is a scam company ~ they are shady...ordered from them on 11th May..said they were awaiting process of payment......

Cannot contact and given no more information....very stressful and had to cancel my card.......buyers beware

This is a scam site, it looks like who ever is behind this site has hijacked the details of an ebay/amazon buisness seller who does not deal in electronics. Its been showing up on hotukdeals but should be avoided!

Nine days ago, I ordered a printer for £357 from rebotech.co.uk
The website says 3 days until items are despatched then an email with tracking will be provided.
I have tried contacting them several times on chat, sent an email, and left a telephone message, but all have gone ignored.
I can only conclude that the people who run this company are scammers with no moral scruples. Potential customers should avoid.
