Issues Can Happen – It’s How They’re Handled That Counts
Online shopping is usually straightforward, however there was an issue with my order caused by an internal error. Dave contacted me directly as soon as he became aware of the issue and was very apologetic. He genuinely did his best to make things right, resulting in an outcome that was suitable for both myself and the company.
He came across as friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He was upfront about the solution, which I really appreciated. Am I happy? Yes, absolutely. I felt that my custom was important, and his friendly approach made what could have been a frustrating issue feel like a minor glitch.
The matter was handled professionally, protecting Recal’s reputation while also keeping the customer satisfied. I’m very happy with the outcome.

Pat tester calibration
Unbelievable service ,great price posted on a Friday not delivered until Monday and I received my tester back on Tuesday fully calibrated with certification.
Would definitely recommend.
