Avoid Ordering from this Company - Zero Customer Service
This company does not even deserve 1 star. I found an item that I need on their website and ordered 3. After waiting two weeks for my order to be delivered, when I finally received the items, I found that they had sent me the wrong size. I thought that sorting out such a simple problem would be easy. But not with this company. In my first e-mail to their complaints department, I included all the details of the problem plus file attachments with photos and screenshots of pages from their website. I expected that they would be able to send me the correct size items that I had ordered. However, I received no response. After writing a further 5 e-mails over a period of two weeks, I still had received no response. I then decided to request a refund and send the wrong items back (at my expense!). No response. I then informed them that I would request my bank to initiate the procedure to refund my credit card payment. In the meantime, I received notification that the company had refused to accept delivery of the package containing the wrong items that I had sent to them. Finally I received the first e-mail response from the company that stated that their staff claimed that I had been sent the correct items according to my order and that they had rejected the package that I had sent to them because some additional marking or label was missing on the exterior of the package. All nonsense of course. Whoever is reading this, do yourself a big favour - avoid dealing with this company. If something goes wrong with your order or delivery or they send you a different item to what you ordered, you will just end up with frustration and no resolution of your problem.
