DO NOT USE. They Lock you into a 12 month contract for services which are not useful, too expensive, and lack any sort of customer service. My business model changed entirely dureing the middle of the contract, rendering their services useless to me, and they STILL ARE FORCING ME TO PAY 8 MONTHS OF A CONTRACT WHERE THEIR SERVICES WILL NOT BE USED AT ALL. They are only concerned w their bottom line and DO NOT CARE about the lives of small business owners whose needs change during fluctuations in their business. Their business practices are predatory in nature. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RECHARGE. USE A DIFFERENT COMPETITOR PLATFORM FOR BETTER RESULTS.

What a terrible experience, the cocky sales representative that wanted to "handle my migration" of 1.5m in annual booked in recurring revenue only to find out he had no idea that the previous subscription app would no longer function if we moved the existing products to their app. Cost us $6500 a day and not even sure if we can recover it. Was also trying to negotiate our pricing based on a forecast and lock us into that forecast. Waste of time and a lot of money, I am sure its fine if you start with them, but migrating I would not bet your business on it
