Trying to add Fringe Benefits for year end and there's a glitch with the software and it won't let me have access. I lodged a ticket June 16th and Ive phoned them every business dayy for 8 consecutive days. Im told everytime that its been escalated and I'll get an update by cob. No updates no action no resolution and I need to finalise my annual stp.
Call centre staff are hard to understand and their VoIP connection cuts out all the time.
Avoid this company. Terrible Service and glitches software.

After my review Reckon fixed the problem after I wasted many hours to phone support. Still very unhappy

Reckon and its technical staff have consistently given first class delivery.
Reckon and its technical staff have been exceptional in every aspect of their work in finding a way to transfer the data from a very old QuickBooks version from my old Dell computer which has just started to "die" after 30 years. I applaud them on their patience, their technical know how and staying in communication with me as I'm in Sydney Australia and they are elsewhere around the globe. I was privileged to witness on my screen their lady techo who just wizzed around the corridors of the software making it "sing" and getting results. Thank you to those who have got me this far. I understand that the transfer of the legacy data (even though I just reconciled all the accounts @ 31st May 2025) will be addressed on Monday 16th June 2025. Again, thank you Team.

Look before you leap into accounting software
The product itself is good for small business however this company utilises the same rorting tactics to gain customers by offering cheap introductory pricing then increases every year. $20 introductory price becomes $20 per month then increases every year . This year the increase was 10% , way beyond CPI with a minimal labour service. Its just not right to rort small businesses this way. My advice is to consider your options thoroughly before you commit.
