Mark Davis contacted me in May 2026…

Mark Davis contacted me in May 2026 saying that I have £40,000+ in Guarda and he would help me to transfer the money to my bank account.
He said he was working for the dar group limited and had £1,500 and £900 transferred to my bank account from Martin Burnett and John Price.
John Price complained to his bank and he money was frozen leading to my bank account being closed.
I paid the money to Mark Davis and he said that they couldn't transfer money to me because I needed to pay £550 for a lawyer to do it.
I paid the £550 to Mark and he said that I would be paid by 07/09/2026 but now he won't reply to me on WhatsApp.

I never intended to share

I never intended to share this publicly, but after everything I went through, I feel people deserve to know what happened. I lost money through an investment site called Kanak, believing I was dealing with a legitimate investment service. What started as an attempt to invest and grow my money quickly turned into a situation I never expected.
When I realized I was having problems recovering my funds, I contacted them directly. They told me they would help me get my money back, and I believed they were actually trying to resolve the situation. Instead, I ended up sending additional money and lost even more in the process.

I kept trying to communicate with them and held on to the transaction records, messages, and other documentation relating to everything that had happened. At that point, I realized I was not getting anywhere and that I needed to stop relying on their promises and seek outside help.

Desperate to recover what I had lost, I reported the situation to Monterasec and provided them with the information and documentation I had collected. They helped me put everything together and organize the details surrounding the investment, the additional payments I had made, and the money I had ultimately lost.

After reviewing the information and assisting me with the recovery process, they helped me recover the money I had lost. I had reached a point where I genuinely thought I might never see my funds again, so getting the money back was an enormous relief.

Looking back, I wish I had recognized the warning signs much earlier. I am sharing this because I don't want someone else to make the same mistakes I did or continue sending money simply because they are being promised that their previous losses will be recovered.

I never intended to share this…

I never intended to share this publicly, but the team who saved me deserves every bit of recognition. A direct message on Facebook from an old acquaintance turned out to be a hijacked account pushing an investment portal. They actually seeded my dashboard with a $6,000 credit line. After hitting a few major market signals, I was allowed to clear out $9,400 to my bank. Driven by pure FOMO, I signed over a $250,000 bridge loan against my property. Following their daily commands, the portfolio magically hit $3.8 million. When I finally attempted to withdraw $1,428,468, they froze it, demanding a 7% liquidity fee ($99,992). I paid it, only to be hit with a secondary 22% unfreezing fee. I stared at the screen realizing I had been completely ruined by a highly coordinated network. Desperate for answers, I reached out to a cybercrime advocacy group, who immediately recommended (Bramseyadvisor llc), who started an aggressive blockchain mapping campaign to track the ETH past the decentralized mixer. They identified the primary fiat cash-out accounts, alerted international authorities, and my assets were completely reversed.
