As I went through a well know car manufacturer for buying my cars, I had no idea of how the PCP would have worked. Filled out the claims form, had reply back saying that I might have a claim. Receive updates from Reclaim, and who knows might have a refund coming my way. Well done Reclaim so far.

Allong with so may people i thought this idea of looking in to a claim for the commision fees on lending was a waste of time and effort, or a scam

Communication…
I must admit I was reluctant to sign up to this at first, I did some research first. It appeared that the company has a good reputation, so I signed up. So glad I did, they have been excellent keeping me informed at each stage, no annoying phone calls, email everytime. As yet haven't had compensation, I have been informed as to the new legislation so it may take a bit longer. I really can't fault them. Communication is the key, and they 100% communicate.
