What a disgrace
I received a letter addressed to my deceased wife claiming that she was owed compensation on car finance. My wife passed away more than 28 months ago following a 20 year battle with MS which meant she was unable to drive.
My family and I found it very upsetting and stressful receiving this letter.
These companies in particular ReclaimNow should do their research before randomly sending out letters. They are a disgrace and clearly do not care or have empathy for people in our situation.
