I received a letter to my correct address BUT to a person that has never lived at the address. So Question : where are these ‘Ambulance Chasers’ getting their information? Indeed; how trustworthy is Trustpilot allowing them to claim a 4.3 rating?

Very happy so far.
After filling in the forms, which were really easy, Reclaim Now quickly responded saying they were able to identify a few finance agreements, they would follow up.
I have been kept informed throughout the whole process with updates, which has been great.
I have only given 4 stars at this point, as I am not sure what the resolution will be, but so far so good. Very happy with the service.

I have received many texts
I have received many texts, emails & letters asking me to register my interest in allowing them to make a case for compensation of missed sold motor agreements but none took my interest until I received a letter from Reclaimnow which I read thoroughly then scanned their documentation and read all points thoroughly which took me a good hour or so but, they had made their mark with me… totally professional so, nothing ventured nothing gained. I completed the application and sent it in to which I had an immediate response that they had received my application and would be back after making further investigation of my complaint. Well, surprisingly just a couple of days later they notified me of further success in their searches and did I think there may be others to which I replied immediately. This is good old fashion service which is wonderful. I know Rome was not built in a day and that there is a long pathway to tread but my enquiry has started extremely well so Thank you sincerely at Reclaimnow.
