Generally a very good experience with the company. Staff were courteous and friendly and very apologetic when the battery/transformer pack was forgotten. The error was remedied very quickly and the pack arrived 3 days after the chair was delivered. My 90yo mum is delighted with it. Thank you to all the team. It’s great to be able to support a UK manufacturer

Trent Furnishing is one of, if not the best furniture company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their pricing policy makes them one of the “cheapest” in a highly competitive market. I emphasise that cheap does not mean low standards of goods and services. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and their delivery service was second to none. I can’t think of any more superlatives to use to describe Trent.

Looked online initially then went to the store. Staff very helpful and pleasant good selection of furniture and riser recliners they had our choice in store brilliant selection of upholstery and leather. Ordered via phone later on after speaking to recipient after an upholstery Change, whole process very easy you order exactly what you require. Arrived as we were told put together and operation was checked it is very easy to use and very quiet.Very happy with it and the service provided.

Really good company to deal with, pleased how everything went to plan from ordering and receiving the chair. The chair is lovely and comfortable in every way. Delivery guys were really good, set up the chair making sure everything was in working order before leaving. Would deal with them again without hesitation. A very satisfied customer!
