One month sense my order of almost $400 worth of shotgun ammo. Oder status still reads as "processing" on website. I've received nothing in the mail, nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone. I've sent two messages through their website and sent an email to one of the staff members listed as contacts on the website. I do not trust this business at this point.

Revision: A rep. got back with me, apologized, explained the situation and refunded me within reasonable time. The situation pit a glitch in my tactical training schedule, AND I appreciate their efforts and attention. About to give them another shot.

This is the only online ammo store I would use! They have a decent inventory in stock, great prices, extremely good specials and fast delivery. A friend told me recoil gunworks was his supplier and never had an issue. They are now mine.

My first experience was fantastic and I will be back! After my order was placed I asked a question regarding my order and got an immediate response from customer service. I placed an order on the evening of the13th and it was delivered on the 17th! Kudos to them for a wonderful job!

Excellent service. They filled my order promptly and allowed me to correct the model and type of item I had inadvertently ordered. Highly recommended sales staff.

Two day shipping with fedex from Utah to Arizona. 1-3 day order processing. These guys fu**ing rock at shipping firearms. If I could hug you I would. Thanks for the rifle I love my Savage axis 2 xp in mossy oak.

Updated review. Had a little trouble with customer service in the beginning but once they found my order they had it to me in a couple days.

These guys fun Rock no BS straight to business⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I bid on some 500 rounds of .22 cci stingers for new 10/22 tactical I bought for my son. A birdie told me to check compatibility. It turns out that stingers are ok for regular Ruger 10/22 but not for the closer tolerances of the Ruger 10/22 Tactical or Target models. I reached out to them and they said no worries will ship $110. Dollars worth of mini mags. 8 or 9packs of 100 at 13.99 per..Same diff

overpriced, but I was in dire need of bullets so I purchased. Waited 3 months, nothing. Sent two emails, they only responded to one. I asked for a refund, they immediately said they would refund my money on the order I no longer need. That was 10 days ago and nothing has happened.

This company delivers what you order for ammo. No, delivery is not instantaneous like a lot of things in our life. But my order was correct and shipped within a week. Happy.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my ammunition order, so I asked for a refund if it wasn't already shipped. More time passes, and I was told there payment processing was down, and they would refund my order once is was up and running. Not a great experience thus far.

I have been buying from this company for a little more than a year and have found them to be everything they claim. Fair, fast and accurate. I'm a hunter, vet, and retired LE and having a good supplier for my ammo and other products is important especially these days.

It’s almost impossible to get in touch with someone at recoil gunworks, I placed an order for a G22 magazine 3 days ago and it still says my order status is “in progress”. I’ve texted the number provided for support, emailed and called, no response. If I knew it would’ve taken this long to ship i would’ve bought a new mag in store, but I guess I couldn’t pass up on the price.

Bought some ammo very recently. Price was very very good considering current circumstances, shipping was reasonable and quick.

I placed my order ($2,500+ order) on April 28. My card was charged the same day. It is now May 5th and my order still shows as "In Progress". I have called and emailed the company but have received no response. Either a scam of a company or just terrible customer service. I would not recommend buying from them.

I bought 38 special. Ordered on a Saturday received the following Friday. Given the climate, no issues with it. Blazer brass. Shot fiddy rounds, yes I said fiddy, no issues. I added them to my list of folks I buy Ammo from. Good communication via email through the process.

Update: Just received a reply from Recoil. I understand things happen, but my original email received no response. However, once I posted a negative review on here, I received a response within about 2 hours. Kind of odd. I will potentially adjust my review once my order is finally received.

On the first emailed detailed invoice I received after placing my order, the hyperlink on the email to direct me to the specifics of my order sent me to an “error 404” link with zero information. The invoice on the email said I was supposed to receive my order on 2021-04-07. It’s currently April the 19th and I have yet to receive my order. I sent a follow up email on the 11th and have yet to receive a reply. Customer service is horrible and I do not foresee myself doing business with this company in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I have ordered the same kind of products and ammunition previously from other online retailers and they are far superior not only with their customer service, but with shipping, and overall service and products. I did receive an updated email this past Friday with a tracking number (that actually worked) and I am supposed to receive my order tomorrow. We shall see. I understand the current situation with supply and demand, but the lack of communication and poor customer service with this company is unparalleled.

Update: Received my order and everything was correct. I understand things happen and it appears this company was going through a website transition whenever I originally placed my order. Their prices were better than many other sites I searched and I did receive a reply and explanation on here. So I adjust my rating to 4 stars.
