I knew right from the start that I had picked the right place to call. The woman who answered the phone was very patient and clearly answered every single question that I had and on top of that she had a very pleasant demeanor way her.

The payment process is very flexible as you are allowed to pay in four monthly installments. And you are given your own page where every single activity regarding your case is updated constantly. And while the case is going on, you have nothing to worry about because these lawyers got your back every step of way. Aside from rare cases, you don't even need to appear before court.

All I can say is that I am extremely pleased with the work that they have done. From start to the very finish. And of course in my case every petition was successful.

I think the fee was quite high for me but they did it. It took more time than it was supposed to but they did help me and my DUI is gone. Whenever I sent an e-mails to inquire, they always responded back which I really appreciated. I have also paid money to remove my records from all other places and I am not sure if that is done or not but I would recommend this firm to anybody.

I was apprehensive with using an online agency handle such a sensitive matter. This, I though, could be a big, costly mistake. Boy was I wrong! i hired them to seal my record in Florida. They are clueless about how to process in county court. You will never talk and interact to any lawyer working on your case. After 6 months waiting for certificate of eligibility from FDLE. It took them forever to write a PETITION to court on top of that. After 5 weeks with no progress, I called them, no one answered the phone. I emailed them with questions, after 2-3 days, i received email from them with a half-effort answer, saying they are working on it, which is total BS. I emailed them back with follow up question, took them another 2 business day to response, It is very frustrating communicating with them. Good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone after you paid them money. Before you pay, they will answer your phone to try to get you to pay for their service. Not during the process. Finally, I decided to cancel the service, I asked them to send me back the certificate of eligibility from FDLE, I will do it myself. I got 50% of my money back. I went to local county court, the Clerk gave me a PETITION form, all i had to do was fill out my information in the blank (name, address, case number..etc). Guess what? I got the whole process completed in less than an hour!!! Judge approved my case 2 weeks later. This company wasted at least 5 weeks, doing nothing with my case.
If you need to get your case seal as fast as possible, do it yourself or hire local lawyer to do it for you. Learn from my mistake, save yourself from frustration and money. Don't use recordgone. They are understaff or too "busy" to work on your case. YOU WILL WASTE A LOT OF TIME WITH THEM on top of an already long process.

The attorneys kept me updated on my case very often and never let me down. When I knew I was going to be a couple days late on a payment, they worked with me. I am so grateful for RecordGone!! They are very fast at taking care of you.

I have been putting off the clearing my record for 10 years. It's been 16 since I went to jail. I'm applying for my contractors license and knew it was time (for my own peace of mind). I was shock to even know i had this on my back good and has been for the last past 3 to 5 years, until i went in for a review at my job. (SHOCKED) was the word!! I know that what happened was wrong but the courts made it seems worst than what it really was without all the facts! Looking on line i saw so many companies that said they can do it all, but this one company stuck out and YES I did my homework called a few times until finally I spoke with a young lady who promised me her company will honor what they say (in the world today who does not that many. Did they stand by the words listed on the web site YES and then some, when I explained I may lose my job and everything I have going in my life that's good these people went way beyond my thoughts I was scared and was preparing myself for the worst.
